Need to keep a separate spread sheet if your account averages same company trades into one.....
Otherwise you may think your in profit even though you made a loss ....

I did this......
I Bought, say 100k at 5.5p,
I Sold 100k at 5.6p, so 0.1p/£100 profit..
I returned holding to original pot size...same day..
So original holding which cost original price.....you would think...

My account did this...
Purchased 100k at 5.5p,
Account increased holding by 100k
Account Averaged sp to 8p
Increased book cost......(total paid)
Next....
Account sold 100k of 8p shares at 5.6p...so a loss about £2.5k(£8k-£5.6)
Account reduced shares held by 100k ,
Account >>>reduced book cost , accounting for loss, so £2.5k below " original" costs..<<<<<

As book cost has been reduced, my losses are reduced.......
Although back to original holding size, the book cost is £2500 less than paid...

So account will show break even at 8p, when needs to be closer to 9p....
Blooooody accountant ways...

Youre saying he claims companies have been contacting him, must be desperate times if they are looking for work lol..
But maybe so, but he did say Africa was where things end up stranded, implying thats why it was so difficult to get a rig..

Concerning now as we dont know how much, the MM are supporting the price to flip those shares..
If the MM brokers are also the brokers involved in the placing, I image they will do their best...

Not sure how your trading account works, I just lost +£2K worth of loses from my balance.....
The forgotten trade plan that executed and bought at 5.5p, which I then sold for more(5.63p) is the culprit..
Since I already owned He1, the buy was averaged in, reducing my ave sp to 8p
When sold, that sell was calculated using 8p, so a loss,,,,,,the cash amount appears to have been removed from my balance..
So now for He1 my loss is worked against 8p, and a reduced book cost to what I paid, so I will show in profit at 8p, but I still have a loss....

The charts show trends, probably influenced by the negative sentiment created here by just a few posters, really off putting.
Would love to see this a discovery, and I dont have a penny invested..

Its harder when you have an opaque CEO, that twists update...
When He1 announced the audit being 80% complete you had a justifiable reason to top up or invest..
What should have been released was the injector update, and as a secondary the progress..
And that just adds to the list...

He refused to talk about funding and left it so late they needed an accelerated book build, or was that just an excuse to save the effort and costs of an open offer..?

You also have to question the other commitments affecting the project, not crossing the Ts and dotting the i on two rig contracts..
And it looks like he blew $9m dollars or the best part of it in 2022..with nothing to show

A guy who wants quiet share holders, not answering fair questions, and keeps getting it wrong...
Take a look at Midaks twitter page, and the projects claimed to be underway in 2022, yet when He1 stopped so did tweets?

Not sure what your saying there, we dont have a rig, so we wont be spudding at all, if He1 pulls a rig out of the hat by Q2 That will be luck...
If they get one from Texas its going to cost, 4 months mobilization, 2 months each way on the ship.. So another fund raise, so my guess a rig 2 to 3 months after that if from Texas..
Then there is waiting on rig 202, which is probably a good option...

With such a rise you might get an increase tomorrow also...
