Forterra PLC - Northampton, England-based building product manufacturer - Posts revenue of GBP455.5 million for 2022, up 23% from GBP370.4 million a year earlier. Pretax profit is GBP72.9 million, up 28% from GBP56.8 million, as operating profit rises by 25% to GBP75.0 million from GBP60.1 million in 2021. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation amounts to GBP91.5 million, up 20% from GBP76.5 million a year earlier. Declares a total dividend of 14.7 pence per share, up 49% from just 9.9p a year prior. Looking ahead, says 2023 expectations are unchanged. "The short-term outlook for the UK housing market remains uncertain.

Well that was a wild start, looks like sellers were waiting, which I was expecting...
I bet lots waiting on 0.7 as was a price lots bought at..

Taking another look those fluctuations, it looks like the MM trying to establish a spread of 3-5%, which is reasonable ?
With Blue Orca shorting the stock, I wonder how much manipulation is taking place..
I was'nt able to track 5 minute volumes easily, as large volumes of 4-6m would appear then disappear in that time frame which initially gave the impression of increased selling.....

Could be some wild rises and falls tomorrow...

The MM, know what we see, so manipulate enough to obscure..
Some shares, Mid Price can stay the same all day, not moving with the spread
Others move the spread while the share continues to trade in the same range
And the large spread, that can make a share appear up or down, even over a number of days..

If You have the time, you can monitor the live prices, dummy trading..to check the real spread
Then best estimate ...
Copy and past the trades throughout the day, to break up the monotony

So a few traders would have bought and sold 3 times,
And the ones lucky enough to buy before suspension, were really lucky..

Well, by the time I clicked 1p on £3k, 10,000 shares was a £100 profit, I missed £300, £200, & £150 blips...and nearly bought at 29p for a £100 profit at +30p, luckily I decided to look at the graph and not what I wanted

They have their own projects, so will need to agree who gets the rig when..

He1 have their funds, and enough to go it alone, as did have a rig lined up, but that fell through
Noble, are looking at farming out to help fund their project..

I guess Its about improving costs and increasing the chances of attracting a rig

ALL, other thing total volume seems to be missing about 4m shares, early it was about 22m, now 18m... For a while now bid has been sitting 28.3, while my buy quotes vary 28.42(best) 28.75p
