Death Spirals, I think this partly depends on the ruthlessness of the loan provider, and how they go about their business, and the likelihood of the borrowing company actually being able to pay back in cash, sometimes no chance..
Some times you see the share price falling for no obvious reason, then you find out a loan has been converted into shares just before a miraculous recovery in sp, dump and pump.. With many tranches to follow..

Then also the reaction of the traders, if suddenly aware shares are being printed at a big discount, they sell to buy back cheaper..

EOG, nothing overseas anymore except for Ireland, but that Ryan guy has all his lot taking an eternity to process O&G submissions, so as close as you can get to rejecting without saying no..

But now he could be at opposites with the G7, who maybe making the case for new investments in upstream natural gas..

Also these days they seem to calculate Co2 emissions including all stages in supply from source to usage, so having indigenous natural gas which can be piped using existing infrastructure is going to make it harder to justify taking American gas the has to processed into LNG, shipped across the world, then turned back into a gas..

@Tro, there have been some posts saying MBL are out, but I dont see any evidence of that in the RNS updates..
But they could mean that MBL have converted all they were owed of the tranches so far..
So out for now.....

So from exploration. to domestic supply, to gas exporter, on MOU-2(domestic), and MOU-3(export) I think, (maybe the a different plays)....???
