So you have to do your math to ensure you get a full AMG share, ~ 635 Zin gets 1 AMG, I think were devious 634.115 =1 AMG

but AMG share is near all time high, so you have to hope price holds through Q2 or climbs... I remember TM1's all share offer of CML , which some how crashed after deal was done and dusted.....

AMG were just Euro 28 Dec, now 41....... puts that 10p value at risks as its based on AMG. 2 year high....

But looks like that port in India is being highjacked by a legal frame work that allows the the asset to be taken if preferred when debt is not paid even if later payment is offered.... Seems they missed the payment date, and debt got sold to collectors who found domestic buyer for port.......

While AI suggest MPL claim one party delayed some paper work./......favouring the switch of ownership......
