So its a derisk point before testing, which has been held off until the very last well,

I just looked at the price, 8.64, is double the lowest price friday, the seller at 4.32 will be super pi ssed, as they were deceived..No way was He1 waiting on SOFORI replying to the rectification notice..rig was probably well on its way then..

I guess we were stitched up, they told us it takes weeks to arrange the export of a rig, so I expect the purchase was aggreed weeks back,

This mornings RNS does specifiy the date the shares deal was done, the lower the price the more they would have received..If the deal was done fridays prices, they are already in profit...

Having now secured a rig in Tanzania, the Company is focused on ensuring the rig is ready to commence drilling Operations in September. Once the civils work is complete, the rig will be mobilised to the Tai-C wellsite. In the meantime, the Company will order remaining "well control equipment", await the arrival of drill pipe and source an experienced crew. The Company has already mobilised drill bits, wellheads and casing to site at Rukwa.
