Yep, but its badly written, probably on purpose.
The key points should be
1. 45m shares
2.Funds to the company, but that will give a clue to the exercise price.
3. listing date
45m @ Exercise price 2.85p, thats +£1m to the company
Individually they have had plenty of time to exercise these, at higher prices just to take profit.
So many at the same time could mean something is cooking(hopefully), those exercising at 2.85p, will be able sell half, and have a free ride... Are they going to leave it like PRD..
I assume the cost to the owner is 2.85p, which goes to he1, and the difference is kept as profit
