This one baffles...

They plan on dishing out 56p div, then consolidating 3 for 2.. So if you had 3 shares you would receive 168p.. and be left with 2.. so effectively buying your share for 168p.

But the price has climbed to close 180p, so if consolidation occurred at 180p your holding worth 540p requires the share price after to increase to 186p to break even..(372p+168p=540p)

But for the institutes to profit out of the divi they would need the price to drop to below 168p before consolidation, which I think happened last time..And HAPPENED recently, 150p mid September just before the announcement ???

At a share price of 167p, 3 shares are worth 501p, after consolidation 166.5 is required to breakeven..

This time there will only be about 168m shares in issue after

The usual crowd have made some bleak reading lately which does'nt help..

Have you noticed the change in updating now compared to just before the raise. No news until something has gone wrong is not giving anything to build the share price..Its worrying because the next could be they get the boot, how many part failures is Morocco going to put up with.....

Nothing seems to be materializing, another CEO full of sh8.. Said that Morocco phase 1 could be completed Christmas with stuff stuck in customs, and a long wait to get a testing slot once ready to go .. Nothing else appears to have happened, and those ships going to dry dock is no a carrot..
