Maybe regulating AIM better would reverse the outflow, a lot of that outflow being investors misled by companies that take them to the cleaners...

I was thinking its getting close to first results, and since they set low expectations was wondering if I held too long...

@DrPatience, He1 is one of the worst examples I have come across,.. , worth a read for any AIM investors, the LTH got slaughtered... of course a different ball to DELT who has a proven track record when it comes to JV's

After their(he1) AGM there was no special resolution passed allowing the BOD to issue shares without a vote, but they got around that..

The following AGM approved approx 300m shares , about 1/3 in issue. But they trashed the share price announcing a fund raise more than 2 weeks in advance of its completion.. The share price fell continually over that time, they then managed to issue about 2.4bn shares at 72% discount..almost 8x that 300m..

Both instances they used a cash box placing...

But the upside created in the handling of that last raise resulted in massive x17 gain from the low for somebody ?

QED BB really trolling their own share again now the price is falling, even though the pieces seem to be coming together..

I don't understand why the raise was not done nearer 2.5p, but the lower the greater the upside after the raise.. Need Lorna to get the price down..

@Swissydog, something not adding up with QED... That fund raise, if its coming, then they have missed a quarter where the price held mid 2p ?

The last few end of day trades are mixed, I git quotes to sell after16:20 of 0.293 the 0.29... In between a a quote to buy at 0.294X....

Tradingview doesn't show AEG, and you can't configure it to AIM only, not sure if its live..

Investing.com, can't configure to AIM but has AEG, buggy but live and free

Looks like PortfolioPowers asset valuation method would have been a winner on Active Energy today with that +£1m payment worth more than the market cap...

On that BB Davy50 calling an entry after the initial rise was spot on for a 100% gain

I haven't been following MEN so don't know, but to rise 30% on possible tax incentives for future investors seems a lot but the placing was at 35p, and it opened at 19p so maybe the update has just prompted the recovery..

I just hope 88e puts out an update that gives a 30% rise soon
