RE: Helix IPO7 Apr 2024 19:57
@Tro, interesting article that..
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1044692/helix-exploration-all-set-for-london-float-after-heavily-oversubscribed-offer-1044692.html
Sounds like they have set it to multi-bag by not choosing to take up all the funding offers that would cover them up to production.....and $90m MC compare..
Saying 0.5% is highly commercial , less than 10% chance of being 0.88% or lower ??
=======================
Offered £22m, plus £4.27 pre-market valuation = IPO MC £26m
Instead IPO MC £12m offering much greater upside ....
Since its appraisals not exploration could see MC £30-50m near drill especially with DMs ramping
========================
Starting with roughly 120m shares (guess) should help price climb rapidly
Raising after or during drilling gives the city cheap shares, and more profit,
Low SII should ensure quick flip with a good discount, and 2nd cheap entry for PI
========================
Comparison set to encourage MC £80-90m on discovery
Targeted Annual Production 55,000mcf, while another up and coming IPO $90m aiming for 32,000 mcf/y
=========================
Maybe £100m MC,
Sure He1 BB quoting over $500mcf, so
55,000x $300= $16.5m/y
$500=$27.5m/y
All for under $27m(15m plant +ipo 12M)
Sounds crazy but He1 hit £100m when the rig turned up
plucking out of the air of course, any views
I thought I read 3 wells to be drilled, is it 1 or 3 ?
