The Company has accepted a share offer by Vortex Limited ("Vortex") for the exchange of Premier's entire 4.8% interest in Circum Minerals Limited ("Circum"), the owners of the Danakil Potash Project in Ethiopia, for a 13.1% interest in the enlarged share capital of Vortex. Vortex has an interest of 36.7% in Circum.

That's took some reading with all the fluff padding it out

So Vortex increases it holding by 4.8%, to 36.7%, and gives away 13.1% Of Vortex in return..

Does that mean Prem gets 13.1% of Circum too, ? that is 4.8%!

Who benefits from that ?

I have UFO up 38%, Wisdomtree SLVR 0.32%, 3sil 2.6%

I suspect with holding can influence the share price..

Sometimes when I have traded a share I have sold or jumped in on the back of a number of large trades after estimating the vol to tick up.. And been caught out buying on that large spike in volume with is a load of delayed trades, seen rallies start on high delayed trade volumes a few times, at last that's what the chart suggested
