What's wrong with these results....

At SWN, drilling operations have been completed with 2,223 meters ("m") drilled across 34 Reverse Circulation ("RC") holes and assay results received.

Key drilling results from Sanioumale West North Pit include:

· 21m @14.93 grams per tonne ("g/t") Au from 3m (SNWRC0583)

· 3m @ 6.52 g/t from 10m (SNWRC0595)

· 4m @ 3.48 g/t from 50m (SNWRC0580)

· 26m @ 2.96 g/t Au from 21m (SNWRC0580)

· 19m @ 2.02 g/t Au from 38m (SNWRC0578)

· 12m @ 2.52 g/t Au from 44m (SNWRC0582)

Watch DELT, any day there will be a RNS, they have their JV for the Selene Q3 drill, but have until the end of the month to come up with their share of funds for the Pensacola appraisal well or forfeited their share on one of the biggest recent discoveries, also scheduled Q3

I was looking through TM1 while BCE resumed that upward direction and now I have missed out on that morning RNS, maybe ...

has given notice to Atlas Capital Markets LLC ("ACM") of a draw down of £600k to be issued on 30 May 2024 ("Issue Date").

Warrants amounting to 20% of the convertible bonds will be attached to each tranche plus a premium of twenty (20) percent of the principal amount of convertible bonds that are issued.

The warrants will have a strike price fixed at a twenty (20) percent premium to the average Volume Weighted Average Price of the Shares for the 5 consecutive trading days immediately prior to the issue date of each warrant.

If I have it right, thats £120k worth of warrants, that will be wanted at a price as low as possible approaching May 30th, after which a 20% increase allows Atlas to start selling and banking a profit before any further decline..

Add that 20% premium, thats 40% on top of the loan notes...

If there is manipulation maybe the price is going to bounce around May 30th

Any thoughts ?

Just wondering if Atlas got a hint before the RNS allowing them to sell high(if, but, however) before the PI was aware ???

I don't know, but recently Hex went on its 3 day run into the bank holiday weekend, but there were no results due..

The other thing is you do see these blips letting the smart money out, and after yesterdays BB I was surprised at the rise so took the win, 1 bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush,,,

But that FOMO on a rise possible rise into the weekend is twitching my buy finger, plus its also time for the traders to buy the money and sell the afternoon..

I tried looking for the rig on satellite, but gave up....

Tm1, I see that 2 days to hit 50%, about 0.65 -0.9,, a bounce back to 0.7 will do the same...

I am wondering if BCE is set for the 3 day rise, with a sell off Friday afternoon.....

I missed the peak, catching it sat at around 0.062/0.064 for about 10 minutes, then seen the large sells appearing, so sold.. So everybody's luck has increased significantly

Now its to watch for the buyers, that seem to coming in at sub 0.6,, and decide to buy back or just be happy with 15% which beats any managed high street investment policy

I am thinking a delay could be on the cards, maybe cleaning up that section enough to get the flow they want to announce..

If you had a 1 or 5 min chart up, you would have seen a string of large sells at 0.62 and been a little quicker with your sell

But you beat the high street or pension providers rate for the year..

And currently TM1 is set up for ~50% gain when it rises back the previous low from which it doubled

Bid has held, actually increased from those 2 large sells even though the volume of buy has not absorbed them.. I hope it's the MM loading up......

Thinking about it, who makes up the BCE MM, and who book builds their funding rounds ?

They will know what's coming as an unsuccessful drip may require a raise to pay that debt due
