A few bought in on that 1.6m volume, as it stopped the fall, but seeing nothing has been printed, it looks like it may have slowed things down...plus spread is not being updated so promptly so buys showing as sells...

Showing 1.63m 1 min volume at 14:10 on the mid, but only about 400k printed ?

Was that a +1m sell at 4.4p, I could get lower than 4.48p while 4.4p trades went through even though bid was 4.2p

The other scary bit is the have to payback $17m by Dec 31st, but have failed to mention is covered or was by Gov payments..??

So could be well overdone as the overrun costs bringing those production wells online should be a couple of $m

Trouble is they included

As detailed in the original LJN()(longboat/japex) Norway) joint venture announcement in May 2023, the Acquisition Facility is available to LJN for the sole purpose of financing acquisitions and associated development costs and Longboat's partner has reiterated that the Acquisition Facility is not available to finance working capital shortfalls post-acquisition completion.

In the event Longboat cannot meet its share of additional working capital shortfalls at LJN in a timely fashion, the terms of the Shareholder Agreement and Acquisition Facility could result in Longboat forfeiting some-or-all of its shares in LJN.

Not good, as I believe they can't use the facility to meet the overrun costs. So I guess will have to raise funds through a placing or take on more debt, or maybe they can offset debt or those costs against future production, ..

But that update leaves you guessing about the issue and funding ..
