This mornings update probably would have been big news , but that commercial contract due last year is at least another year away, after a larger trial which makes sense. So I doubt a commercial contract was ever to follow the earlier 2 week test..

TM1, RNS, Conversion noticed just ahead of the 20% bonus warrants about to be issued end of month when TM1 draw from the facility..

Technology Minerals will issue 18,384,043 Ordinary shares of £0.001 per share ("Ordinary Shares") at a conversion price of 0.43516 pence per Ordinary Share.

So maybe price has been helped down to get max warrants from the draw down, and converting others ahead reading for the climb back up, even if its 20% or so...

Delayed a £7k buy at 0.11p, 2nd trade of day based on time, so the 3rd and 4th printed sells(likely) look like buys on price, then printed it late with a £2 trade so it charted as a large buy at 0.13p...

Displayed Ask moved from 0.10 to 0.14 in 7 trades,

KAT, MM letting it rip, up about 20% on 3 trades ?

@Mischief, often when you watch a chart unfold throughout the day they paint a different picture to looking at a chart at the end of the day,

He1 also hit some highs before the bad news, but you simply don't know until after

What we need is to have a joint account, so we can fund it as a group, so we can put through that big buy everybody thinks is a leak ;)

Say there were 10 funding the buy, and a very big buy was £10k, that would be £1k each...

If everybody had £10k positions in a stock stumping up £1k, another 10% in an attempt to get that speculation going isn't a bad risk....especially if you time it to follow a few nice sized buys..At the end of the day you likely only lose 10-20% of that extra £1k, so £100-£200..

The difficult part would be 10 exiting without taking the price down...

There must be groups working together....maybe timing their buys to create peaks in volume

Could be but nothing obvious printed end of day, just normally when the sellers arrive the bid moves down not up...

And the 1st 3 arrived within 1 minute of each other, then the bid ticked up less than 3 minutes later, seems hasty considering earlier there a had been a flat period just before it was let to rip...

He1, sure the price was being held up around the 3p mark, there were times sellers were dominating yet the price held, even moved up.. my guess that was the supporting the smart money off loading to the PI knowing the placing was coming, maybe Liberum emptying its books at 3p..

Only thing is, even if it's still 40bopd that will be connected to production, so still a successful drill. If the sidetrack has doubled to 80 bopd or more its win for the company as the drill was paid for by the last fundraise..

But there was some odd price movement, the sellers appeared at 0.62 yet the Bid ticked up. If there is plenty of over hang from the placing, it could be the smart money is holding ?
