If you read the 2023 flow test , they claimed to model flows of 6mcf from 20,000bbls, so I think any talking of exceeding expectations were'nt commercial aspects...

As for funding, I suspect they overran, 8th Dec string removed, to be followed by 2-3 weeks testing, suddenly feb 16th
