They secured a JV for an exploration well Selene, then failed to secure a JV to meet the costs of their share of drilling an appraisal well with Shell... Thats was Pensacola, a big discovery..

In both cases the JV was to cover DELTs costs for that phase, and provide a free carry up to a point.. They may not dilute but for Selene DELT traded 50% of their interest, so reduced their share of the assets value and upside...

I guess they all depend on the deal

About 6.7p for £100m

Matd is more about timing the announcement of starting Heron..

If you could roll say from He1 @ 1.5-2p into Matd which has the potential to double on that news, then your looking at x6-8...

Buy morning Matd followed by He1...

I am thinking if Matd confirm Heron for July, its going to head for 4p, while He1 moves sideways
