Do you recall the No Rig Update ?

Friday morning they suggested they were still in communication with the owners of the rig they were contract sharing with Noble. But Noble had found another rig because things were not happening. He1 also suggested using Nobles new rig was a possible option.. So the price crashed..

Monday morning He1 announced the arrival of a rig they had purchased, It came part of 18 truck loads, travelling something like 1600km.., from Kenya
