All mine is in an ISA so I don't to worry about being clued up on tax rules, just rolling one trade into. another which is proving a real challenge

Another run at 1.5p maybe , from 1.3p thats a £2k gain on 1m shares..

Still makes sense to move them, if those were the 1p shares..

She did it at 1.2p, so tax on 20% gain, rather than a 100% gain if it reaches 2p, so protecting a substantial amount of profit by moving the funds

She was recently awarded 5m at 1p, 1/3 available to sell from grant date, maybe the transfer into an ISA is to make a tax free sale,..

She was issued 5m shares at 1p, and can sell 1/3, thats about 1.65m, so I guess, that maybe the ~ 1.5m shares are going into the ISA ready to sell tax free..

AIM is crazy, in a dip and price is £2k more than my last purchase, and nothing has happened

Its nearly back to when you first highlighted it, around 1.7p.. I think it then settled just below 2p.. Probably 10-15% upside to get back...

But licences could be a big issue, as they have only suggested an issue, and I find hard to believe a rejection does not come with reasons, which you need to know if appealing
