I put a complaint in, but it won't go far..

I had one fella telling me that the account reference number is just a reference number, As if it was trivial, ,,,,but I should be, and as far as I am aware the only person who knows it, so it should be key to identifying who I am.

Another thing I dont appreciate is they send a trade confirmation via email, even though I confirm my trades at the time as like this morning they often fail when trading AIM. At one time email accounts were frequently hacked, so an unnecessary risk and there is no option to stop them..

Only criminals gathering personal info, you will have me worrying lol..

These security checks are poorly though out, caller ID confirms my home number, then I give them an account number, they then access all my details.. At that time there are only two people in the world that know that acc number, myself and the call centre guy. Now I was not calling to make a bank transfer so why have they got access to my bank details.

All security questions should confirm who I am without divulging my financial details, isn't that what data protection is about..

Full name, full address, DOB, bank account.. so some guy has all my personal details including my bank account, so you are relying on trust.. they are probably working from home with no monitoring, perfect setup for gathering valuable personal info

BCE, nope didn't loose, did'nt make big, but still beat any professionally managed high street investment which are over a year, because BCE was weeks.. so it goes into the next trade..

I think because we see multi-baggers, we forget that 5-10% in a few weeks out performs almost anything the high street offers even when you pay fees.. but you must not lose those gains on your next trade for that to hold true..

So much noise on these BBs, making people think 10-20% is not worth the effort, while they can accumulate quicker than holding for big gains

One thing I have realised lately, is if a share is trading in a range, you need to wait for the low point before buying so you have more chance of exiting without a loss..if your lucking the peak of that range becomes support on the next move up. If it drops then hopefully that low becomes the peak of the new range..

Its best to miss a profit, than take a loss, as a loss means the next winning trade is more likely to help you break even than profit, so is practically two steps back..

I have so far made money on every trade this year,, but very lucky after getting caught with He1 placing and LBE's news..

I put a fixed amount into my shares, and have not added any since then.. I guess if I am making money it will grow, but if lose it all, then would probably lose any top ups too..

I have so far made money on every trade this year, since that big He1 lesson... Even if its just a few percent, and now view profit as something to protect rather than something to gamble.. Trouble is the more confident the more risks you take, and they are all risky on AIM..

PANR, should be a good one, as it's drifted down knowing funding was coming but you can't be sure, as more is needed and the drill is months away.... I suspect Friday was the last just to buy near 17p, but who knows

I also got the impression there was a payment dispute ?
