I think employers contributions are not included in the salary, so NI and pension are just two, then if offered you have things like fuel, company car, medical schemes.. Holidays cost too, I worked for a company where you could sell or buy up to 5 days,, .. I remember they started issuing an annual statement so you could see your cost to the company, it was a lot higher than your salary...

End of the day funds were raised, and new shares issued as part of the process, and dilution still occurs... Newco is nothing more than a front to channel money..

QED, interview after the recent placing commented how it was x1.5 oversubscribed, that being case why did the markets see 200m volume the day it completed for a 150m share placing..

But at least they warned the placing could come early but the market did'nt listen, or an institutional pump suckered people in..

The prospectus suggests 6 months from re-listment July 30th, so why say January when they know the exact date ?

The most recent update says Until Jan, that suggests the 1st, so maybe they were also communicating a change to the lock-in but leaving speculation it ends around Jan 30th.. , or maybe it was too much effort to check the date

Forward selling occurs when a company agrees to issue shares to a third party and that third party sells those shares in the market, prior to actually receiving them.

That logic is flawed in a dump then pump, as the upside is being created by the drop... Once momentum is created you just keep it ticking over... ,, at the bottom maybe loan shares to build a position without pushing up the price, then start buying again and support the rise when it weakens,,

Markets are so crooked it could be anything, just need to catch the bottom and hope Hamilton has given the prime reasons for the delay, and not done a DM..

If there is no obvious selling by CSS then I guess they have forward sold, but being a low volume stock that moves on little who knows....

The big shorts were able to create wild fluctuations in RR and Halifax, so I guess lot smaller outfits can cause a storm here
