@Playtime, maybe you should try the Ombudsman, as it was the first time in years an open offer(the norm) would have almost guaranteed an instant return on your investment, and you missed out because the change resulted in you being excluded. Its free, they will decide if you have a case, and if not, you have had advice thats doesn't come from a BB
