Years ago NS&I PBonds provided telephone accounts , then decided to offer online. When this change occurred online security needed to be set up.. If you did'nt want online they still required you to set up the online security to continue using the phone service...If you did'nt you were stuck using pen and paper.. So it was forced, partly by misleading people by saying they did not need to use the online account.. I wonder if the scammers used this guys online account to steal his money ?

Significantly, no water was encountered during drilling of the Lyons Formation. Wireline logs confirmed this. Based on offset wells we expect the entire upper Lyons to be gas saturated as well as a significant portion of the lower Lyons sand. This well targeted the highest quality sandstone at the top of the upper Lyons Formation which is well connected to the entire gas column.
