That 6 weeks makes it a great opportunity, if they ratified last October , your best entry before that news would be at an 80% premium to today... Now if they ratify, there could be a chance to get in near 9p...

Do you see the discrepancy, the sell logic is correct, but the previous statement has a typo, "Sell trades generally occur at or below the Bid price (as sellers will try to sell at or below the Bid)".
