Burford and Ukog are both great examples of sentiment and bluster driven sp, Shakey has ukog right, and Muddy Waters are probably correct to examine the accounting of a company(Burford), who admit cash and equivalents of £400m, but were trading at an Mcap of over £3b just 30 days ago, the rest of their supposed value being based on the estimated outcomes of litigations to come, it gives cause to be dubious!
Sdx are not comparable, I believe our SP has been driven down by a perfect storm of delays, let downs, and a forecasted period of inactivity. It started soon after the BP debacle, but the City Financial situation in mid March gave good cause to those in the know, along with the delisting. We would all sell now if we could almost guarantee to buy back in cheaper.
No one can call the bottom, but timing and news due should work to the upside soon, meanwhile take advantage if possible, we are to believe no major parties have departed recently, we owe much to the prudence of our CEO/CFO. Plant should be in situ shortly, further reducing our reliance on POO, a little interest will move the SP quick. But what do I know....
