I first heard of this share on a money week interview which had Andrew Hunt as a guest. I remember he commented that he thought PFC was a great value opportunity for uk investors. I don't normally follow tips but as i am very bullish on oil, i took a punt, which hasn't gone anwhere. I kind of buy the cyclical nature of the industry and chronic under investment in the type of work that PFC does, it only seems likely that the tide will turn for the likes of PFC. Andrew, bless him, suggested a 9 fold increase possible with PFC, prob over a few years. I'll happilty take 100% but may take a few years. if they don't go bust.

I'm sure early share holders did quite well from this, but despite holding for a good number of years, not had much bar the dividend. If I had added to aal or rio would not be surprised if I'd near doubled the investment. Caml goes sideways, relatively high risk and gives a div similar to gsk... With this company we're not really going to get any surprises to the upside but potentially the downside...

Cycling was definitely the eye opener there, supply chain issues held them back past 2 years pretty much.. Overall not a terrible update, had been a bit worried of a poor update in advance of the update. Hopefully better availability in coming year, hope they are on the case

What's the narrative behind this jaw wripping rise, happy for it, but way of see it not a huge amount changed, omicron still not the major issue and oil still around 80 as it was at a few recent times, thought omicron non issue baked into the price. Not complaining as this is my major play and plan to be a lth.... Just little surprised we've made this price so quick. Believe over 4 possible in next 12 months......

I plan to hold myself however a sustainably higher share price, might suggest a bit more confidence in the shares, slightly derisking to a degree...

Inactive boards is a good sign, according to some. Low interest share, relatively cheap as unpopular and not big fan base.. Good buying opportunities for those that like it.. Occasionally I've been on a board I think with close to a thousand posts a day, sirius minerals, felt a bit like the titanic.. Busy boards chaotic

what will the return be in 2022? well as a guess if we go for scrip dividend, a 11% yield. capital returns? surely we'll hit 44p+ poss 29% return, poss all in 40% next year... worth keeping? well not as good a return as this year but could be a worthwhile hold, (pity did not sell out in the spring and buy back)

indeed a bumper christmas would do that job, ive noticed however that when good news comes out for halfords we often get a good bounce then drift back over the coming days and weeks, we no longer seem to have an upward tractetory. well happy to hold for diversification if nowt else

Halfords is changing, some might say transforming.. I'm happy to stay invested for now, been invested for quite a while. Last time I missed a truly transformational company, Greggs, was quite annoyed with myself as I saw it changing and did nothing. Great investment few years back. Halfords changing, but I think in a low margin way, likely the acquisition will add a little to the eps.

True, additional cash flow now, till they buy the next asset, next fundraise, next dilution... Gosh that's almost like a sell warning... I'm going to keep my eye on this
