- Not keen on buying a business with EBITDA loss but I guess they use fwd looking revenue which in this environment is expected to be lower yoy so "buys when there is blood in the street" applies here, great acquisitive strategy
- trading update is good, margin expansion from 7% to 11% - 10/10
- biz is still cheap which provides downside protection
STRONG BUY
indeed ! dw mate this will payoff
*last week
looking at the trades - these are small and the selling pressure has been driven by RETAIL selling.
I have been buying almost everyday this week...
time to re rate this stock.
With an undemanding 2.5x fwd p/s on FY22 revenue (11.3m) it's a 3p price target, +70% upside.
Q4 has never been a strog quarter for Spirent so the slowdown is disappointing but not surprising.
Update gives a mixed outlook "h2 weighted" but a 17% move down is a KNEE JERK reaction !
Spirent has much higher margin than the peer group, a strong structural positioning (5G/6G) but now trades at a deep discount at 16x. HUGE BUY
gap filled at 1043 - upward we go ! STRONG BUY
"Asset Match operates an open auction system where volumes of bids and offers at different prices are displayed on its website together with the closing date of the auction. At the end of each auction period, Asset Match passes this information through a non-discretionary algorithm that determines a "market-derived" share price based on supply and demand and allocates transactions accordingly."
If buyers are willing to take on last market price we could exit limit the damage (hope).
numpties selling - just fill your boots on such pull back
BLTG has derated quite a lot - organic top line growth is not the most exciting but the co. is profitable and highly cash generative. ESG factors remain very attractive. Buyer at this level.
lagging the ytd rally for no reasons. Peers are smashing it so will ELIX. STRONG BUY
there is no smoke without fire.
"management" is rushing to the exit by selling into weakness...
this deal was signed before Ben's departure.
As the RNS highlight, focus is now on profitability and the asset base.
STRONG BUY
in fact... yesterday Kestrel (Max) has increased its stake in CNIC by another £450k.
the message could not be clearer.
was able to have direct chat with Michael.
Kestrel has been backing/instrumental in Michael's move. Kestrel = Ned = Max.
The chat that the broker gave me was bullsh*t. No blaming them though but clearly Ben has made the large shareholder based uneased with his inorganic strategy.
Narrative from my convo was that M&A will stop - the focus is on the asset base and profitability.
Strong Buy.
no doubt someone is selling - probably a big institutional, end of year flows, need to cover outflows maybe.
nonetheless the fundamentals are very appealing - i am loading up on this pull back!
