Well done to all that bought the dip. Let's re-test 8p and then fly to the 11p-14p range.

Added 10,891 @6.84p - keen to buy the dip. Hopefully won't stay below 7p for too long.

Given I have made so much noise I thought I ought to further comment on yesterdays trading update.

The confirmation that the business will dispose of Safetell is truly transformational. In the last 10 years all the bad news, negative impact on results and debt has been as a result of this business underperformaning. I wish whoever picks it up all the best but it has not worked in Newmark.

Moving forward the business will be focused on Grosvenor Technology, a business that has been delivering and is growing at 30% CAGR. We don't yet have a breakdown on EPS of GT but my calculations give me around 25p EPS for 2025/26, growing at 30% CAGR. So this year the forward looking EPS will be over 32p and that is a PE of under 4 for a growth business with reoccurring incomes and a market leading position.

Just read the trading update and assume Safetell is sold. How good is HCM?

Wakey wake Mr Market. This is seriously under valued for the actions and profits that are in play.

I like your summary and would add:

- Selling Safetell is huge news and allows as you state to be focused on HCM.

- With no Safetell - The numbers for the new business would be revenues at c£20m and PBT c£2.5m - both growing at 25% GAGR

- Debt is high - but CHIP costs have gone up through the roof (x8) and Safetell disposal surely carry some of that debt.

- Business operations - it is probably cheaper to operate here as an outsource than in the US given the high costs of labour in the US (although with taxes etc perhaps not that big a gap).

- In my view Marie-Claire is doing a good job, and I wouldn't want to rock the boat there until she is open to a smooth transition.

- The lack of an 'EPS' statement is a worry but really all I want to see is the EPS numbers for GT as that is the future and will determine the value of the business moving forward

- Final point - If it was not for Safetell, these results would look amazing and the valuation would be rocketing. That it is the future state we have to look forward to.

Sorry a ramp from me (or invite to just take a look). NWT Newmark Security will issue a Trading Update next week. I have a serious stake (5%) in the company, and a short-term target of 150p (next 6 months) and 250p (next 18 months).

I am expecting them to deliver record revenues and earnings for the 6 months and highlight an outlook that leads to a re-rate. This comes will all the usual caveats, and I would highlight the spread is unattractive and it is fairly liliquid and volatile But just like KDNC I can see a business that is sound with growing revenues, margins and profits, particularly in Grosvenor Technology which they own.

So sorry to those offended by a ramp but it is so small, yet remains a gem in my portfolio that is yet to explode. Given the trading update next week I thought I would highlight.

It has been a excellent couple of weeks. Trends are intact. The chart continues to suggest we go mich higher. The close on Friday is exactly where we wanted to be, hitting the highs for the week at the close.

Volume dropped off a little as the newsflow spike fell away but as we all know there is more newsflow to come with the restart, refinement and first shipment to come in the next 3 months.

The set up is looking great. Well done all for keeping spirits and the shareprice up.

Spot on @ironknut, we have both been here long enough. I am going to hold but I expect that will get eroded due to the lack of buyers not wanting to pay more than 10p. It needs growth news, and the published results will need to show the underlying picture is improving. I wrote to Basu last year highlighting to him that just because we'd delivered a profit, this did not mean they could take the focus off costs, driving revenues and the delivering the bottom line. As shareholders we have not been rewarded, in fact we have seen value destruction, I personally do not expect to see 'pay rises and bonuses' galore or lot's of new staff at shareholders expense - just because we have made a profit - the profit should be shareholders first. He did at least write back, and we'll see when the results come whether he listened/actioned or not.

@OldWiseBull007 good observation, I think the chart has been showing that all year. Slow lift of the bid price, will ask the MM to stop buying on the spikes, might even let a few shares go to kill the spike, but back buying and I don't think they have long left to build before we hit double figures :)

They'll be patting themselves on the back saying a what a jolly good job done. But you are right @Billybamboozle it has been ****. Have they got the cojones? @notanewmember No. Very simple answer. They literally ran the business into the ground, lost huge amounts of shareholder value (70p once upon a time), almost went bankrupt and needed an investor to lend them money on unattractive terms (although better than going bust). Basu is a joker yet has made a CEO salary and bonuses for 15+ years. I want a multiple and these clowns just want salary and bonuses. DO NOT VOTE IN FAVOUR of anything they put to us unless it is a resignation.

It is not really good enough. It seems as if the business has sat back and is getting fat on our investment here. Happy with a 10p share price? I am not. In some ways I don't blame the management, the government here is hardly setting an example and making the UK a place to be dynamic and incentivised to accelerate growth. I want to see big deals driving growth in the share price or I am gone. Too much time and money invested, although I am pleased I sold 50,000 shares at 12p (still holding 200,000).

The business basically needs to be taken out or moved to the US. I will not be voting for the same board when it comes to the next AGM, that's if I am still holding as I am not seeing the opportunity based on the last 6 months of trading.

No stock. Cannot buy on ii without it going to a negotiated trade. Looking promising.

NWT's trading update should be here in the next week or two. Here's my summary of what I would like to see:

Trading 2H and fully year 25/26 - I’d like to see the term record 2H trading revenues, and EPS expected to exceed 11.7p.

Outlook - Commentary that 1H 27 will deliver a return a positive EPS and that the business remains in strategic growth mode, underpinning our earnings position.

Strategic Review - A statement regarding the outcome of the strategic review and that costs have already been cut.

Shareholder Value - It would be good to read that the board will be focusing how shareholder returns can be maximised through further cost control, and a phased plan for debt repayment/cashflow management, whilst focusing more attention on the benefits of share price appreciation, share buy backs or re-instating dividends.

@OldWiseBull007 you caught that right at the recent top but I am pleased you're near back to your purchase. My highest was at 27p and that was a few rights issues ago. I've hung in there, built a stake in the 3's and I am now sitting on a tidy profit, I believe we'll make 10p+ in the next 3 months and will easily double from here by the end of the year.

The chart is looking amazing - okay don' t go back too far :)

As a long-standing shareholder of KDNC, I read with some frustration and dissatisfaction, the RNS of the grant of options that was released yesterday.

I would like to remind you that shareholders vote on board appointments and given the hard times investors in KDNC the majority I am in contact with are not in favour of this award.  As chairman of the Reward and Renumeration committee I look forward to your justification at why shareholders continue to be considered after the benefits of employees who are paid healthy salaries and bonuses. The award of options on this scale does not justify the value that has been delivered in the 10+ years I have been a shareholder.

Continuing upwards. Anyone thinking of selling and buying back in cheaper seems unlikely to be able to do that and be better off. Those who sold on the back of last weeks lack of news now face a cost to buy back in and that cost seem to be rising each day. Steady rises until news then whoosh - party time!
