let the consolidation happen and hope they have a funder lined up and we can then drill a hole near p1 or p2 and go deeper into the Shannon Prospect.. that way even if do not hit the Wahipia Style ocean at least we have drilled to get more oil of the PUKA field. and if both hit depending on what the SP would is.. with 93 million shares in issue about 22% of that with II's and BOD's... and the rest with long termers.. the sp could climb seriously high.. i know i'm optimistic but i'm staying put and backing Gowrie we took the risk oil business is high risk high rewards.. casino style play.. and not your iSA style in your bank

I got my voting options from KEA, who else got their right to vote docs?? Do we have any other choice other than the consolidation route.. one that stood out was the deferred shares as the had no value until each share was worth 10k or summin.. it should be way less than that.. if they hit the jackpot in Shannon then I would want a return on the consolidated shares.. oh well gla whatever happens here no point selling at a 90% loss!!!..all or nothing.. guess it will be most likely Darwin that will give them funding whatever the price is after consolidation and this time what way will they go!!.. I still wish all BODS and II stump up the cash for one more drill and MEO get there chunk and see how it pans out!! rather than doing the consolidation.

stage.. big sells and then big buy at 0.28p 3k worth.. seems crazy to me 17 million traded today?? Is there whiff in the air.. last min deals perhaps..

when the know consolidation is taking place or are they pure gamblers and throw in £300 for 100k shares.. it just amazes me why throw money? would be interesting to know who is buying these shares currently and there thought process.

It's not about warning.. but the pot of luck has not been with KEA at all.. if P3 had come good then our SP would have been around 6-10p mark at it was around 3.5 before it dropped.. it is the risk/ reward you take.. and it was a critical drill to the company maybe I should have de-risked my self.. but now i'm gona let it all ride and see where it takes us..So what is your interest in here then currently.. you seem to spend hours on this share with no share interest when there are plenty of other shares that you could be concentrating on to make money or do further research.. not that it is my concern but if I had no interest i would not waste my time on a share bb for that company..

Springs to my mind, that IRGS has made some incorrect decisions and led a different life style to the rest of us.. he was playing KEA like a casino.. I'm still in no point in me selling and see what happens in the future if it exists.. i believe once they announced share consolidation they should have suspended the share obviously people who do not like this will sell out on huge losses.. they need to have a clear plan/direction and need to get the ball moving type approach.. otherwise it only benefits certain types of investors!!.

Or get a loan on your assets and then we will back you all the way!!.. how much do they need to drill the Shannon prospect £2-3 million it will be deeper than PUKA drills..and if there that confident then they will get multiples of that in return and if the succeed sp will be higher and they will be able to get more funding!!.. Why no loan his money to the company to save his massive stake or collectively the 2 Bods and 2 II stump up the cash as loan.. i think dilution of 10 is way too much is well leavin us with 93 million shares at 1p each and my share will be 70k then.. so when it does happen they will still need financing.. so who will still finance them that quesion still remains i believe.. gosh i feel confused today oh well can't do much i guess..

MEO are similar and there must be many other in the area that maybe interested but want a higher stake etc.. another Farm-in partner would need to come on board to take the 20% which leave 50% to KEA, 30% to MEO I am being optimistic i know but the board is asking us to back them up.. let do it for one more time.. i know it will be a make or break this time!!.. success will transform us or bad luck will de-list us or cheap takeover!!..

I ask again about your bitterness towards KEA.. and why the SP would go lower.. how will that be of interest to you. we can all speculate here and they are trying there best to reduce possible costs where they can.. even sub-letting there expensive office.. which bring in revenue.. Reading from MEO's RNS's it seems both companies are equally as excited to proceed with the Shannon prospect.. the deal for phase 2 is around MEO providing the lion share worth a further 20% of what down there in the Greater PUKA area. As a producing company we are better than many other companies that have been exploring without luck... we are an oil company and until you drill no matter what your seismics say you have to drill to prove.. look at BOR, FOGL and DES there drill were into 100 million but no luck.. high risk high rewards types of play.. sentiment is big driver of shares in AIM.. look at SOLO.. it was at 0.017p 6 months ago and over the last month reached highs of 0.1p with HH drill and the Tanzania news coming.. they have many billion like odd 5 billion shares in Issue..Keep calm you do not have anything invested here currently so you can parsue other avenues.

I wanted to see what there doing in terms of cost reduction.. Net administrative expense for the year decreased by £870,000, The Company embarked on numerous cost-cutting measures throughout the period under review. This has seen combined employee and Board levels drop from 17 to 10 with associated savings over the period. The costs of the London office continue to be offset by the sub-letting of the office space. Operational cost saving was achieved with the installation of gas generators on the Puka site to replace diesel generators, the in-house servicing of the wax cutting unit and prudent site management to reduce well downtime. The installation of the permanent pipework in July 2014 has further reduced the monthly operational costs....... SO It seems they are doing something.. from MEO's RNS with more illustrative work on the Shanon work.. they both seem alligned and they both are looking to get funds for there part of the cost. More for MEO to cough up than KEA.. but this prospect is it new deal or as part of the whole PUKA license and they get extra 20% to 50%.. Well until we get funding secured and drill dates no more money will be put here.. despite a shut in of P2 by 31st May we made over 2 Million so since then 5 month of revenue last 2.5 month is 70%. oh well the market seemed to like the news today.. more than a million share gone through now at 0.449.. someone is confident and it is no punt money either... the BOD's and the 2 II's are still in this game.

Good reading of the 2 RNS by MEO.. to me it shows that work is still on-going.. once they finalize everything they will then look for another farm-out or bank loan from Hong Kong Hedge fund.. In the first RNS i liked there many way of cost reductions including pay freeze, shifting to smaller office and many other cost cutting measures. It would be interesting to see what KEA do as cost cutting measures in the coming report? and what they have left for cash for the phase 2. even MEO do not have there funds to continue.. So by Jan they need to look for a partner or get significant interest in the prospect to continue phase 2. Or will it be a case if they do not find funding and they opt out of phase 2 they lose the lot then.. anything is possible.. still a lot of punters about.i won't as i mentioned avg down until a solid direction is received from KEA/MEO.

then that means we are not paying for 3 other directors of the company.. as they are no longer with KEA.. = money saved on wages.. would certainly want more clarity on this as 3 execs will decrease our pay-load significantly and put KEA in a slightly better position along with any other cost measure they have done!!

September was when they had the going-concern and you do not need 5 directors with 1 Chairman and 3 non-exexcs.. seems like they only have 2 Execs, 2 non-execs and one chairman.

Don't know where someone got 9 directors from, there are 2 Executives full time running the business and it's strategies, 2 non-execs but there just their for occasional advice and get fees/ contracting rates.. not full time and then the chairman IRGS himself.. All I would like to know currently is what is AREA A of the PUKA filed... can someone answer that for me please.

For a company that many of the recent posters said they won't post until report this board has been quite busy over the weekend.. there are many speculations and theories going about.. lets for the reports and any further direction of Action will happen next. Last RNS for me just was informational news an nothing of direction or next action. Until that happens I will not add any more funds to KEA to AVG down. but on the other side the SP has held quite well at 0.4 region and investing couple for a punt is a gamble here but someone sees and opportunity to make money.. and believe this SP is way oversold.. sentiments run AIM companies not what they are worth... Good luck all we could see the report within 2 weeks and then an AGM confirmed..
