who in there right mind buy KEA shares.. when they know a dilution will come there way and the only likely funder is Darwin most likely.. is this one of those temp rises get everyone excited so we part with more of our cash.. not getting a single penny yet.. and I will consider a price of around 1.5p there is no substance to the rise..

I personally think phase 2 will not happen as that was going to happen if stage 1 was successful.. which was not the case hence the re-interpretation of the data and the Shannon prospect that BODS want us to back them up.. Now that is a deeper drill.. what ever drill is confirmed.. we have low shares in circulation now of which 21% of 93 million is owned by II's and the BODS. There is 23,821,454 that are not in public hands so not sure if that is addition to the above or included. If addtion then we have 50470138 with PI or in free float. Do you know how much bank facility they have? Just thinking whether they need Darwin or not or another small partner on board as you suggested.

1) KEA has an agreed bank facility now in use, so risk is reduced for working capital. Where is that stated.. plus seems like you've changed your style of posting again :-)

Well due to unforeseen circumstances although I did have a day off on Friday i did not manage to go to the AGM. But it seems like all the resolutions have been passed.. and hope IRGS has a finance package already thought off.. most likely will be Darwin i guess.. and as Tiny mentioned it about about when this all has cleared of and the drill announced to get in and hope IRGS gives us all a nudge this time to get out!!.. I believe next drill/ action will take place next year mid q1.. that is when the full MEO + Neon merger will complete and hopefully by that time KEA should have finance started... a lot of hopes but I need around 30p++ to break even..Market Cap 0f 2.47 million, a small market size of 7500 and only 93 million shares.. the only add a further 33 million shares currently 1/3 not the many 100 million mentioned by someone.. a clear concise plan needs to be established.. can they deliver. they will not get another penny of mines until all that is in place. GLA what ever happens.

No i decided not to and can wait until after the consolidation.. they have to give me clear directions as to what is happening and what we are drilling before i part further with my cash as i need it more now these days... need to save up for a wedding next year.. 30k is more than enough in here.. and down 90%.. i was doing the maths the other day..if a buy 1k worth at this price and after the consolidation it goes to 2.8p then if it goes to 1.5 then i can get the same amount.. and if the funder is Darwin again then surely it won't go up..but i have no control over the market.. i jst can't risj more money in this after the PUKA 3 debacle..

We are expecting some sort of financing whether that occurs a week later or the next day.. that is expected and the whole reason we have done this consolidation because we need to fund the next 1/2 drills.. MEO is going through a merger with Neon that will complete Jan/Feb they will have there share ready, i'm expecting things to move on a Drill in Jan would be very good for us..

here who have backed IRGS.. it's all about getting the funds and then a strike if a placing is done.. after placing we can get up 123 million shares.. at current stage 93 million around 22% or 20 million share are with II's.. Nigel Wray Jurg Mqguard are still in here and could not get out on the 18th.. so with the shares of the long terms we should have acouple of million which will mean low free floats of shares.. MSMN has similar shares in issue.. yet we will be producing is well at 2.75p.. it makes sense that we should be valued more after the consolidation as a producer.. for some reason I would expect the price to rise towards the double figures..

I;m just thinking consolidation happens and the price goes to 2.75p.. after dilution and who ever it is the price goes down if it goes to 1.5p 1k will get me 66k shares or 2k will get me 133333.. if i buy today then i'm thinking the price will most likely go down if there is not enough substance or drill confirmed next prospect to drill.. decisions and decisions needs to be made here..

Thanks Jonm my avg is 3.5 so i'm thinking if i top up before the consolidation then Yes i can get more shares than at 2.75p... it will be the final roll of the dice i guess.. it is still a risk.. if they hit a good pay load at 93 million shares then i would need around the 25p mark to get to my avg with the low shares in issue. just trying to think what i should do or any long termer

On thing is if I put in £2800, next week when consolidation happens they will be 100k shares and worth £280 or will the value be the same?

That is the only thing i do not get.. why not wait until Monday when the consolidation is done.. why would someone buy 200,000 shares and next they will equate to 20,000?

wow why would they do that then.. i realised that is well.. i was like i'm sure i read his note somewhere..well i'm just thinking that phase 2 will not occur as P3 had OWC. There plan for phase 2 was to add more drills including horizontal.. i was reading the KEA docs etc they can only issue 1/3 of shares after consolidation of 31 million shares.. do you guys know what the consolidation price will be or is it VWAP or will that be something on Friday close of play which at today price will be 2.75p then.. or is it when they said they will do the conolidation which will be around the 4-5p mark.. It all depends what the funds they have lined up together with the COS for Shannon.. and how they drill it if it's under PUKA then i would drill it at a location where we can get more oil out from PUKA and go deeper into Shannon

Well all it is required is they get the money for the next drill as MEO will get there money from the Merged group with Neon. Once that merge deal complete they will have the cash. We after the consolidation would need a funder lined up is well surely they must have started that already!!.. and they need to get a move on.. !!
