Joo1 - You think £60? I would be delighted if we did but more conservative estimate at half that, however resolving the wars will turbo boost the price here along with the reduction in number of Aircraft AOG, new A321 - XLR deliveries opening up new ultra thin routes, it's not out of the question that we will certainly be considerably higher than we are today, hence the reason for me buying back in. GLA!!

Hi All, I welcome your views on where you think the SP will be by the end of 2025. I've topped up here recently at now hold an average at 12.65, I think fingers crossed with Trump coming in, we may get to a stage of the wars in Israel and Ukraine ending, inflation start to come down, Bank of England reduce interest rates further and WIZZ deliveries of new aircraft and more of their aircraft returned after engine issues. I feel we could be around the £30 by end of 2025? Any views?

It's always a difficult one, during dark period of Covid I had made lots of profit on paper in Covid stocks and made mistake of getting too Greedy and Portfolio halved overnight. I said to myself in future sell when reasonable profit made. At moment especially with Trump and his inoredicatability things can go in our favour here but easily the other way. I've personally offloaded some profit and topped up in WIZZ when they went on the dip as a play for 2025, wars ending etc but always have a target and I think realistic one too! Long term I'm a believer and with current management team some of the best in the business!! A bit of being brave, luck and no new surprises I firmly believe £5 by end of next year, but as always do your research and have a target and exit point. GLA!!

Good post Nims, IAG is a very strong stock, for too long this was under valued, however there was a huge debt pile, with continued reduction in this debt, Q4 results in Feb hopefully the ending of two current wars in Israel and Ukraine and IAG's investments in the last couple of years starting to flow through, I concur and believe £5 by end of 2025! A recent post by Bloomberg made very interesting reading. The Chief Executive of IAG is saying another strong year with forward bookings in Q1 and Q2 already very positive in his view. Next year will be a strong year, lots of investors know this too hence the strong holding of the SP. My plan too, if we get to those levels, I certainly will have my retirement secured and hopefully mortgage paid off!! GLA!!

Good post IAGLongterm, a profit is inly realised when taken. My target is end of year results and will then just keep shares in for a free ride! Happy Christmas!!

I think this is only the start!! With more debt paid a further strong year of travel predicted, hopefully wars settled in Ukraine and Israel when Trump gets in, the SP here will rocket towards results. I've topped up more this morning for short term trading confident we will be well on our way to £5 by end of 2025!! We need a bit of luck on waybtoo of course but believe entirely achievable!!

Holding up well, it just shows the quality here, I will be happy if we at least maintain around the £3 mark. New Year as we march towards results hopefully a number of catalysts in place to turbo charge the SP. Just gone for a cheeky short term top - up, I'm confident by end of Feb we will be a good deal higher as long as no new surprises! GLA!!

When that seize fire does finally happen, all airline stocks should fly certainly WIZZ should do well! I've topped here with some profit over from IAG, I think one of next year's stars is going to be here! GLA.

I said £3 before Xmas, I wouldn't rule out £5 - £6 by end of next year to be honest!! If both Israel and Ukraine wars get resolved, inflation (hopefully) starts to come down again, Oil stays level and no new surprises, the SP here will absolutely rocket!! As others have said on here, the opportunity was taken previously to implement once in a life time restructures under the guise of Covid, this shouldn't be lost on people. A much leaner and trimmer business, more new aircraft coming in, I would have thought this will surely propel the SP. Finally, all those who are brave, have been brave, been patient and had the faith even when it wasn't looking good held on and have been rewarded!! I'm going to try and day trade some of these sitting on an average of £12.61, I sold off a batch at £16 and bought back once the price dropped down a few pounds. I'm hoping for a good rise next year at the minimum get to £25 before selling any off. Any thoughts on when the price will get to next year?

Good post Jusinttimelord, I've tried that a bit too, buy on the dips. I've done that with my WIZZ holding, less so with IAG but still bought some that way to average down.

Morning All, some great points added here which I'm reading this morning. I agree that £3 is a psychological barrier, however further news of continued reduction in debt, continued news flow of no let up in PAX demand, the war in Ukraine getting resolved or at least moving towards piece talks with Trump in power and this will motor towards £4. I've learnt from past mistakes with investing, a profit is never a profit until it is taken. I'm currently 77% up average 1.65 so deciding do I sell off half at 100% profit which I did in RR, only to see them then go on to rise substantially or do I hold and be brave and wait for a rise to £3.50 - £4+? Personally, understanding the opportunity that was taken to trim the airline during Covid I feel we have a fair bit to go here still. I feel that we can easily get to £4. We need a bit of luck along the way but I feel I will hold fire at least for now and by end of 2025, we will be at £4, based on current world geopolitical situations and assuming nothing new arises in the meantime. I welcome people's thoughts. GLA!!

Once we get through more of the planes fixed with engine issues, new a321 xlrs arrive and start flying SP here should rise nicely. I bought back in here on the lows my average is 2260, hoping to double in next 12 months! Fingers crossed. GLA holders!!

Just to add if any of the wars end it will he a massive shot in the arm of positivity and with that boost in SP!! IAG on the march to £4+ next year, a leaner more efficient airline group it will do well going forward!!

I agree I had said £3 by Xmas, but rate we're going here likely to be £3 by tomorrow!! Flight loads doing well, big rerates from banks , inflation should start to reduce next year and capacity constraints on UK- US routes will favour IAG. Continued share buyback, IAG will continue to be a star performer in 2025!! GLA holders it's been a journey but hopefully majority now in profit!!

Stay loyal and build the SP up further!! I'm delighted finally all longterm holders should be in profit and start to reap the rewards of this gem!! Whether day trading or LTH good luck and another week beacons hopefully of continued rises!!

If those wars settle we will be well on our way tc £5 in my opinion. IAG is a money making machine and in a much trimmer and leaner operation post Pandemic, its only a matter of time before we reach and exceed previous highs. GLA!!
