Ramping Alert! Just to remind myself as much as anything:- This year, Serica has 40% of BKR production plus Erskine. Lets call it a round 10,000bopd Call costs $20pb and avg OP of say $60 gives "profit" of $40pb or �295k per day! Assuming (guess) 300 days production gives �88.5m for the year. Not bad when MCap is only around �240m.... :-)

Well, the market has soaked up my two tranches of 35k shares each without any problem this morning. I assume they are showing on ISDX as not on LSE (per Google Finance) I needed to reduce exposure but still happy to have a significant holding.

I too think it unlikely that we will have dilution, even at a premium. The company does seem proud of the "no dilution, no debt" tag. Organic growth from cash build is more likely imo although if the right deal came up (or is already under discussion...) I guess it must be a possibility....

Just looking at the figures in the preso from Monday: For 2018, Net to SQZ additional bopd is 7,200 (BP get 60%). Assuming (big assumjption?) costs similar to Erskine ($20pb) and avg OP of $60pb gives an Income of £40m for first six months. Out of which we pay the initial consideration of £12.8, so a net income of £27.2m. Nice bit of business given no debt/dilution/money upfront....!
