Hope Aer Bio are interested. If not do you think the company may be delisted? Not much money to lose for Myerson. My investment was initially a complete gamble and following recent discussions after waiting for months is still a gamble. More so now that when I first invested. The options in my head are reducing. Thought Myerson would have made a move in August.

On Wednesday you favorite RTO was Aer-Bio. Surely Teeling would not have sold 20% of the company shares. So you think Teeling may spend £160,000 and buy them back? Unlikely I would think. Clearly know a lot more than me though so you may be right.

The shares in public hands has about doubled. What does this mean? Stephanie_m - you are familiar with RTOs Does this mean our investment is worthless now? Or is there a new investor/RTO? It was Teeling who was stopping the delisting but now only holds 9.23% reduced from nearly 30%. Iknowheehaw - you were right - what do you think?

Thought you may have bought at .40p but still too much. I'm well in and do not wish to sell just in case something does happen. What price are you expecting to buy at?

Did you buy late on or in the morning? Buy mid 30's and sell at 0.78p?

Can Myerson Snr through Principal stop a reverse takeover? What percentage of shares are required to stop a reverse takeover? In other words, what percentage needs to accept the offer? With Capital at 25.42% they do not have enough to stop it I assume. With Teeling at 29.98%, PIs and other share holders like Henderson Global investors, a good offer around 0.80p should be enough for all other investors to accept. An offer around £1,400,000 should be enough to accept a £100 million tax savings shouldn't it?

Thanks for that. At least I have a similar view from earlier on in the year when Teeling stopped the company being delisted.

You have done your research. I may have seen your posting on here then. Have you invested in shell companies before. If so, what time scales do you think it would be before an RTO is made. Had nothing really for 6 months except a few directors leaving who have now left.

Looked at Aer-Bio about a month ago from messages on advfn I think. Was that you? This has been in my mind since it was pointed out to me. I thought they were waiting for the directors to leave in September ish before an RTO. Would be nice though.

AER-BIO would be great. Teeling must have an RTO in mind to prevent delisting or Teeling/Myerson do not get on

No not used this chat before. Use ADVFN using the name G1g4l0 which I still do. Not too happy with the rubbish on that site so advised to used LSE so have been watching this site for a few weeks and then registered on Saturday.

Well an RNS and RTO may be this week, not months or years!!! You never know.
