Yes I agree the company has to have the same trade to take account of the tax losses. This is a growing industry and I hope Myerson Jnr is approaching potential targets to the benefit of the shareholders bearing in mind Myerson Snr has over 20%. £100 million of tax loses to take account of will last a company for decades. Funny you mentioned £2 million to take it on as that is the figure in my head.

Did spike up to 0.8p intraday Ideal time for a large player to start buying at these low costs or an RNS with an RTO at this price. Just like Phytopharm, what a day. This will be on a load of boards as a shell company and being on boards showing a low and hit a support level so will attract attention from private investors or companies wanting to take advantage of £20million of savings on tax with a £100 million of losses to take account of. Capitialisation is £587,000 wit5h this much money in cash as well. What a saving for a private company in this up and coming market so plenty of opportunities. Just like Phytopharm, what a day. Can buy 1.4% of shares available at 0.35p at a cost of £8,750. Not bad for a speculative gamble that could easily turn into £300,000 with an RTO. As far as I'm aware you have to inform the company as soon as you go through both 3% and 10% of the company on both increasing your stake and reducing your stake. I have put comments below from LSE glossary on Aim shares. There are also corporate tax exemptions as well for Aim companies for this volume of shares. Yes it is a case of wait and see? As you say time scale could be anytime. You could well be buying in the morning if it dips a bit. Just unsure what I will do if it creeps back up to 0.55p as I would be tempted to sell. Just hope something coms up and it spikes well past that. We will see. The rise in April and August may get repeated again in December, you never know.

I think you are right with the sp near term. Sp at end of year as you say is a guess. I hope you are right. I need .45p to break even. I have 2.5% and I think that's enough based on a gamble at the moment. Thought about buying another 3million at .35p if it gets there but the percentage of my overall portfolio, I already have enough here. Why do you think there was a flurry of buys in early August? Wish I had sold but was out on the road and missed the large movement. I have a feeling this could still delist though.

I'm doing something similar on coms. Ask is 3.6 Want to buy at 3.55 but may wait for 3.5. Let's see who gets their target.

Why would Teeling be interested in stopping Neos being delisted now? If Teeling was at all interested himself or a third party in an RTO, he would not have sold his stake and just wait his time to invest a few hundred pounds to go over 30% when he had just under 30% or keep his stake to sell to a third party. Since then he has sold 20%. To one buyer- no - as per the latest major shareholder list. That why I say my gamble is still a complete gamble. It was like flicking a coin when i invested, but it looks like trying to win the lottery!! Unless Myerson is waiting/sorting his divorce out and then move to a third party to buy his stake? Got to find some positive!!
