N eos wont get delisted but will get renamed within the RTO A delisting would mean the tax losses would be lost and that is why we need an RTO to take over Neos to utilise the tax losses and rename it. Hope this helps

Glad the price did not rocket out of control. Good though as it got the market moving and the RTO were able to pick up some more shares at a reasonable cost. Should be more profit taking tomorrow which will help again. Picked up another 5 million shares today? So about 10 million collected since 16th October but could be more as they were picking them up earlier. Need 54 million shares in total. Could possibly have around 15 million so far (just a guess). A few weeks/months like this and they would be there!! What do you think?

Hit the top for the day May have hit the top for the day. Hopefully the sells are being collected!!!!

May do what they did last time on August 5th. Jumped up on the 4th to 0.55p and about lunchtime on the 5th when the price was in the late 0.70s, Neos issued an RNS saying there was no reason for the sp to rise and it came crashing down.

Who knows what will happen

Just got back. been to the vets and come back and we are up. But like iknowheehaw says the movement in the shares are irrelevant until an RTO arrives. May get an RNS today if the price keeps moving up

They did not buy many at that price and I think that was just a gesture. The view of the company has changed a bit since then as their strategy was not financially viable Iknowheehaw is correct. They want to buy the price at this level if there is to be an RTO so dont worry. It will come good as soon as they has put things into place.

Yes I agree with you. The figures I had in mind were similar but I think they could have been collecting them before the RNS. They are not that quick at doing anything but you can understand why!! Based on Myerson jnr the salary started 1/10/13 and the other in September so the collection of shares could have been happening for a while.

Just done some dummy trades and showing as follows:- Buy 4,500,000 at 0.4 Sell 1,500,000 at 0.38 I do dummy buys and sells on this every day and the volume is always the same to buy and sell. Theis spread of .02p between the buy and sell which is a bit closer than some of the time. When there is not much activity the spread goes out to 0.03 or 0.04 sometimes but similarly the spread has been 0.01p and on a few occasions you can buy and sell at the same price. These are dummy trades so cannot guarantee these would go through though but gives the market sentiment or mm sentiment at least

Sorry about that - too early. Myerson snr is major shareholder in Principal who are a major shareholder in Neos - sorry!! Gordon Tainton worked with Brian Myerson Snr until around 2006 but I have had a look and cannot remember the company they worked together on.

Wont get delisted - I hope not but they did try early in the year. Teeling stopped it and only holds 10%. Could possibly get back another 17% to stop it happening but the same Directors are there with Myerson Snr being the main one. The Directors in place are ex colleages of Myerson Snr. If you are so sure, then buy £21000 worth upwards and I look forward to seeing an RNS showing that you own 3% of the company.

Iknowheehaw and myself agree that the UCO is a red herring and is not a viable business. ARlsed I have 2.4% of this business and I invested speculatively as it is a gamble. I invested for an RTO months ago for this reason but was fully aware the company could still be delisted and I would lose most of my investment. There may be money in the bank but they have no use for it but it would diminish as there is a cost to delisting. So as I said, if you had invested for UCO, then you have made a bad investment. If you have made an investment for an RTO then you have made a high risk speculative investment which is what I have done. There is no guarantee but with the new Directors there is every chance now.
