If directors were buying, then we would not see the trades. The sells would show from pi's but Director purchases we would not see.

If you are basing your investment on the UCO business then you have made a bad investment imo. The company has to say something to keep Neos trading until an RTO is actioned. I'm in here for an RTO and that's all. Do not want any news or RNS except that one and the UCO business is insignificant.

Last tweet read wrong - sorry. You did not say it was a gamble, I was refering to your comment about Teeling earlier in the year stopping it going privately. When I read it, it read wrong.

Based on technical analysis, if the sp closes around .5p for 2 days then a reversal of the bearish market will change. So only rumours can do this without an RNS. As iknowheehaw says, this could be taken privately and the cash distributed after costs so is still a gamble. Teeling who has just under 10% now stopped Neos going private at the beginning of the year. I think the rise may be due to CNEL going 6 fold today who are in this business. May be people that missed that one may have popped some money here???? Not sure of what November update is you are on about but I think we just have to wait for an RNS or the shares suspended prior to news.

Just to let you know, this activity has happened on this stock several times. Been talking to an experienced pi about todays trading and activity and his opinion is it is a bull trap which makes sense. He is looking into L2 tomorrow to give me more information if he can and I''ll let you know his view.

Last half hour could buy 4,500,000 shares at 0.4p but could not sell a share! Any clues anybody? Need someone watching it on L2.

This could well be created by the MM's. Pushed up the price to hit pi limits people have set and other pi's have sold again on their limits. Moves too quick without this being automated. IMO - ii has accumulated these for an RTO. Without this, the market would not move and the shares could not be accumulated. They need 54 million shares in total. Any views AS119

Would have thought that the workers like Myerson Jnr are finishing off India. The new non salaried directors are sorting out an RTO. Expect something within 3 months as Myerson was given a salary per quarter so I think we will know something in December or the New Year. That may be just to sort India out and an RTO may come sooner. I would have thought that the shares will be suspended as soon as they are in place for an RTO and Neos have been officially informed of the takeover and the company will have to suspend the shares. How long the RTO takes I am not sure?

I have spread the risk a little bit more!! My hopefully good investments are about 55% in Coms and 30% in WSG. My gamble is the rest - 15% in Neos I wouldn't sell this too early - Neos cap is £750K and £500K cash in bank. Should only go up from here. May drop down to 0.325p but it cannot go below that. Worth a punt leaving it here IMO

No wonder you are looking at 30p!!!!! Why ICAP come to your attention? Agree we don't wont a large buyer in agreed. Have you been in a shell before? If you have, I assume this is a 6 monthly timescale from here?

It does look promising that something could happen. Better than it was before the new Directors arrived. Put my spare cash in here so if I lose it, it will be disappointing but my other investments will cover the loss. But it has a chance of sky rocketing which will make a large difference - at least a 10x bagger but I always hope for a 30x bagger from here. Surprised there has been no buyers here really bearing in mind how many have looked over the last few months or so.

I know you like Aer-Bio but what do you think now?

Alistair Duncan Kiel from Bioctane Ltd incorporated on 21/02/2012 and therefore no accounts have been filed. This could be the company as this would give them chance to raise capital and utilise the tax losses. Gordon Tainton is the Managing Director of Tegan Resources AG registered in Switzerland in 2010. I think this is more likely than Bioctane Ltd which I think will be bought by Tegan Resources AG. Is this familiar with money being sold to Switzerland from Teeling? Tegan Resources AG may also purchase Aer Bio? Any one help to put a scenario together?

There are about 46 million shares held by major shareholders and 132 million shares that are not. See http://www.neosplc.com/investors/major-shareholders/ Just remember you can buy 1,500,000 at any time and recently it has been 2,500,000 which is 1.4% of the company so it does not take many buyers to take the share rocketing. If people hold and do not sell, the share will rocket so when there is news it will be impossible to get any shares. So if you haven't got any and an RNS comes out it is just too late. Just see how the SP moves without an RNS. Then when one comes it will jump instantly. I am there so I'm no worried. But good luck to all
