No offence meant however Arthur here has been on another stock BB that also when you look at the 3 month graph is clearly on the wane, having dropped below the placing price. He just keeps shouting it will go down, told you etc and seems keen to gloat. I am not about to return the favour however I thought it was worth calling him out. It looks like most stock with a Covid angle are waning currently. I suspect it is because they are a little out of favour. You only need to look at the roads and carparks to see the masses think Covid is all bar over. When we get the next (covid)spike, which is undesirable but likely then I imagine these will once again become popular, particularly those close to a solution. Unless there is a magic cure I suspect this and other Covid stock will be significantly higher in autumn.

Further to that, once the test is up and running the hard work is done, there are plenty of sources for the apatamers but only one way to use them for an instant test, owned by? So not only Covid, but many other diseases will be able to be tested in seconds with no medical expertise. The fact that this is ramped and bashed to excess suggests to me that there is a way to go with this company. My money is literally on the table (paper loss) and I am betting on a good return when things get to the production cycle. Wish I was buying now but hey, i will suck it up, along with the gloat boys. I doubt we will see them if this starts going north saying they got it wrong. Probably because they are such good traders they will be retired on a beautiful island somewhere.
I would suggest most people ignore the factless garbage about £1 tomorrow or 10p next week. Either could be right or neither. FWIW i think this looks like a gentle drift until solid news. I dont worry about the posters who have not worked out what caps lock is or poor Arthur nor do I get excited by silly guesses about future SP. Sure folk will sell out of boredom (many on AIM are very short term) or because they need the money(many play with borrowed money). What would worry me is if the citrus greening trials failed or the instant test for viruses including Covid failed, then the SP would reflect value. Currently we sit at around a third of the SP a while back but nothing has really changed. The SP has been moving on whim not on fundamentals.

Madge, to be fair i think you will find my posts fairly balanced. And on the whole factual, you just say the same thing again and again. Well done your guess was correct, no need to gloat, that is what upsets some. The fact is although you may have called this correct the share you are actually invested in is not doing very well either. Just for the record, can you tell me what the purpose of your posts are?

You may be right on the SP but that is it, and it is just a guess from someone who enjoys others losses, which is a bit weird. Selling has stopped, as has just about all trading here so take a look before posting your usual posts. I am sure the sales figures will be posted when appropriate, quaterlies perhaps, although i would suggest they will not be as high as you state. As mentioned more than once, commercial figures are impossible to release until they actually have either covid tests or citrus greening cure ready , pretty obvious really, and you know it. Nothing to see here atm . 4 trades 4 messages. Small volume means a few % SP moves are fairly meaningless. It was 18p just over a week ago and 17.5 now so in reality this has not really done anything for a week and volumes have been fairly low in comparison to previous weeks. FWIW, IMO it looks like we are waiting here for news beyond the welcome updates. I believe the citrus greening will add significantly to the SP, however if they are starting trials I can only assume this will take months before any meaningful results. Although it would be interesting to see how quickly the cure works. Mind I expect the trails to also check for any adverse effects so although we may get a positive initial outcome we may need to wait for full impact assessment.
Covid is going nowhere fast, much as it seems like it is over with PM loosening restrictions if not soon I suspect at least by autumn this will spike again. There is also the fact that it may mutate, on top of that the technology for the test is what will make the real money. Sure Covid now but the next use may be flu, hiv, the list goes on. Once the testing is a success it is just a case of creating appropriate apatamers, this, as can already be seen, takes much less time than the science behind the test. So we may soon be owning a tech that has the ability to home test for a wide range of illness.
So I expect this share to be a winner, but not tomorrow. Which is a shame because i was in here for a quick buck. Got caught out but at least the company is good looking forwards. As the wolfster said a few days ago, bottom, draw..... Well middle draw perhaps. Excited to see what this is worth when citrus and apatmer are more fully developed in a few months. In the meantime who knows always time for a surprise. Could be worse, could be in Hemo :p

Wolfie, yes you are right but why keep reposting the same thing? If you belive this runs on sentiment and you are invested why not look at some of the positives. Not £1 per day but perhaps spend a little time looking at the citrus greening , perhaps come to a conclusion of when you would expect an update ?

This entire thread contains not one decent piece of information about the company, it could just as well sit on any share which has had a decent SP drop.
This whole thread is a pile of ******. Might i suggest that if Arthur oe Madgay post you do not reply just report. They have nothing to say about the company and only gloat over people losses or make inane unfounded guesses at the SP. They are right CURRENTLY but you will notice they never post any facts beyond what everyone can see by looking at the graphs on this site and add nothing. Other more rational although more negative posters explain the reasons behind their feelings, that is what this board needs, proper debate using facts, finding stuff out by sluething and making assumptions based on facts.

Absolutely. The fact is this is not a Covid share alone. If Mr Wolf wishes to focus on that alone that is fine, in fact if it was then it would be bottom draw for me too (i already have two in the bottom draw, far back in the corner with little hope, a rminder not to back a one trick pony). The fact we have fingers in many pies, means we have redundancy. If one fails then we have more in back up. I was not planning on having my cash tied up for more than a few months and was actually trading this when i bought, however it is savings and i wont need it until we produce a test that lets me go travelling, festivals etc so just hope it is us who gets a decent slice of that cake. I an now sat on a paper loss, but the fundamentals seem to have improved. Unfortunately as we have had a fair bit of selling by BOD which has caused panic and Covid looks a way off for traders and is going out of vogue I am left holding, not for a pump but for substance that will make a real difference and bring in bigger buyers. I am keen to hold for 20% profit which i will happily leave ride in the hope of significant gains. But we all have different ideas, some like to moan, some like to pump and some like the facts.

Got to disagree Wolfie, this is a good RNS, it not only clearly shows progress but starts putting a timeline together. It may not have the impact on SP hat most of us are looking for but that does not make it bad. It is obvious they cannot give the numbers you, and I, crave but as mentioned at the top of the thread that is not possible yet. Indeed i would rather they waited and gave us real numbers rather than having an optimistic guess to keep people happy. The only world this is a poor RNS is in the quick buck world. Clear steady progress with a plan going forwards. I am happy, even if not with the current SP.

Not sure bickering helps. I think this RNS is good news. They are making progress and we will know more on this in about 4 weeks. Wolfie is right that for real money to come in and raise our SP we need hard figures. The fact is though until they get further down the line on development it is hard to understand costs that means it is hard to suggest price without price it is hard to gauge demand without profit per item and demand you cannot start estimating total profit. It is fairly simple really.
The big pumps on Covid have most likely waned of late, this is bad news for overweight covid stocks however although that means huge rises on RNS slike this are less likely we are also less likly to have major reduction in SP as nervous holders I would imagine are mainly flushed.
Finally it is worth remembering this is not a Covid stock, sure that arm may make us all plenty of profit however fingers are in many pies. I am personally keen on the citrus greening. We may well get the harder factual RNS form there first.
In either way if you look ahead until September I would hope to see this at multiples of current SP. If you are in here for a quick trade fair dos (I was initially) but i think longer term the odds seem more favourable. All in my humble opinion.

It is great news indeed that one large holder that was selling is now out. It will definitely mean less downwards pressure on the sp. The next few days will soon show us if we have another large seller (this would be unlikely but very bad news IMO).
Other good news is some of the bashers have taken to posting in hours.(Are they worried about their shorts?)
Either way with luck this will rise 5 to 10% per day in anticipation but I dont see any real movement until we get news. Then it will be too late (to get in on good news or to get out on bad) I guess these next few days are all about taking your positions. I am staying in. The chances of a decent Citrus update or a multibag Covid RNS are too much to resist for me.

I would say it is a fair guess , you keep telling everyone how rubbish this share is and how great you at picking winners. You are starting to sound like a bit of a joke now.

Not that I care overly but unlike some of the posters here Wolfie usually makes fair comments, I know it can be annoying hearing the negative implications in his posts however he is quite entitled to be piddled off, as am I. I am particularly annoyed with the big selling around RNSs. It does not seem moral / fair and it is the likes of us who are paying for his profit. even if this goes back up and i retrieve my cash plus a little extra I still would have had a few weeks with the real bashers (ranging from articulate to Arthur) doing my head in while I stress about my investment.
It would however help if we did not have so much ramping on the board, it makes it too easy for bashers. I mean , if people are shouting 30p close or £1 in a few weeks it is like shooting fish in a barrel for them.
What is interesting though is the L2 commentry and the debates about selling / buying.

Citrus greening cure, covid test with apatmers, antiviral hand-wash to name but 3. Sellers and buyers come and go, the effects are quite transient. The more permanent rises or falls will come from results not people's sentiment
