Tollesbury Stu, I doubt that SS reads this board. However, plenty of PI's do, and hopefully the harsh reality and cold facts of the dismal performance of the CEO puts PI's off from being mugged off. I dont see the 10p brigade around with careless ramping. The UKOG cesspit has been ravaged by swing traders. Folks only need to research the detail in RNS's and annual reports to get a true perspective on UKOG. Its a "massive avoid"

I think those quotes by SS could be used in a legal case against him and the rest of the board. They clearly misled investors. I'm happy to have dipped my toes in and then sold out quickly afterwards.

How can CEO's like SS get away with such blatant lies and misrepresentation? Its a full on scam.

There should be a motion at the AGM or EGM, whichever comes first, to have SS ousted. CEO's shouldn't be allowed to get away with such disgraceful behaviour. I'd trust my next door neighbours 10 year old to do a better job. At least they could give an interview and provide honest (if somewhat simple) answers and facts.

I watched a couple of SS videos, they are quite limited in the last 2 years. I think we all know why.

Where is that user gone? I'd love to ask him what his thoughts are now.

If you hadn't guess it by now. My view is quite straightforward. SS is a terrible CEO. I'd not ask him to fry chips in my local McD's.

To put some of his comments made in recent years into context:

SS said "I can smell the oil". Investors say "we can smell the BS"

SS said "the train is leaving the station". Investors say "yes and its going to the rubbish dump to drop off billions of shares that are practically worthless"

SS said "you need big cojones". Investors say "he's talking a load of ******s"

SS said "its not death spiral financing". Investors say "well you managed to drop the SP from 1.3p to 0.14p through the YA CLN deal".

Come on SS, give us a soundbite or 5. We cannot wait to add it to our CEO joke book.

Dont count your chickens. There is a placing timebomb ticking away. The SP could drop to 0.105p in the blink of an eye. There is nothing on the horizon in the next 3 months to push the SP up. I'll call it now, the SP will continue to drop whilst Silent Steve and his mates do nothing.

Savvy investors know why SS will not do a formal investor Q&A, it is because he would be ripped to pieces and his mates involved in placings could be left holding shares at a loss. He's only here for a salary and to make his mates some cash.

Sando as UKOG would end up in jail and not able to roll a double, nor could he afford to pay to get out.

Quite happy to see my UJO investment climb, I'm in at 0.1625p and its growing nicely. I am expecting a spike or two the next few months, but am going to hold this one rather than trade it.

I think you may only see 3 crude tankers a week at most. Not going to see any convoys now. HH is a dead duck.
What happened with the dual completion of Portland and Kimmeridge?
If Portland is only producing 100 bopd, then adding the Kim, even if only 50 bopd, would help considerably.

650 barrels a week is my estimate for HH right now. With Brent at $55, then that's income of roughly $36k per week.
WOuld be nice to see what the fixed costs and variable costs for HH add up to on a weekly basis.
Will $36k cover the fixed and variable costs? Is HH breaking even, losing cash, making a small profit?
If it is losing cash, then they better start making some plans to close down further costs (e.g. security), and to return rented kit that isn't needed. Or just close the site altogether.

Frankly, I think UKOG will write the site off if Turkey delivers anything near a half-decent result. Kiss goodbye to BB, IoW and Loxley too.

Sanderson is a walking disaster zone. Where is that Investor Conference Call? Come on Sando, treat shareholders with some respect!

SP will go sub 0.1p by end of Feb in my opinion. Anyone who buys at this price needs to re-think.

I'm not sure that there are any short term upsides that could take the SP up. Its been floating around the 0.14p mark for a while. I don't see any immediate good news stories.

In fact, I see the opposite. Placings likely to be coming soon. Did you notice that UKOG avoided saying that they were fully funded for the first Turkey drill? There is a reason why they did not mention that! They need more cash and quite a bit of it.

I anticipate a placing for £2m to drop at some point in the next 4 weeks. SP will drop to 0.11p and maybe lower.

So, who is dull enough to be buying at these levels? It's a quick path to a loss of 10% investment within 4 weeks.

All my opinion, as ever, do your own research and dont blame those who decided against investing when the markers were clearly showing risks galore.

The latest operational RNS is a joke. There are so many clear lies in that, it beggars belief.

I told you that HH2z would be converted to a water re-injection well to get rid of the BKP costs.
It should be a fully automated process, with water from HH1 separated and injected into HH2z.

The 11-14 mmbbls is a disappointment.

Finally Silent Steve provided an update, but as ever there are lots of details missing. Why can they not share the month by month production data for all of 2020 showing oil/water/gas cut, including days of uptime and trends? Its not too much to ask is it?

I don't think they will ever drill 2 more wells at HH. Its a bunch of lies. They'll certainly not get that done in the next 2 years.

The focus now will be on Turkey, and if its easier to do business there, then why would they bother with the higher risk UK options? Its game over for the Weald. Kiss goodbye to the IoW too, that's a pointless play. Loxley too, just park it.

Just wait for the PW share issue RNS and then the Turkey placing RNS.

I wouldn't buy in at half the current SP. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

UKOG will soon have serious issues as they have minimal income and will have abandonment costs galore. They may be able to sell some of the PW kit to offset some of the shortfall in cash. I only see this company going one way now, it's going to the wall. Get out fast in my opinion; there's nothing except a minor miracle in Turkey to save it. Any placing cash now will go straight into future company shutdown, save your hard earned.

Nah, Silent Steve is cunning.
He is getting paid, that is all that counts to him.
From recent actions, I would conclude that he'd do anything to keep getting paid for as long as possible.

After all, give me 1 good reason why he should be excused from not doing a single investor call in 12 months, go on, ONE good reason!

He's had 12 months to do a call, to take questions and give answers. To act as a CEO, to represent shareholders, to show integrity, honesty and openness to shareholders.

He's done nothing. And now he is refusing to issue an RNS when one is overdue. The OGA facts show us what is happening 3 months in arrears. Sando knows what is happening and that there are massive issues, but is hiding it all.

I guarantee you this, he will probably wait until they have "any" positive news in Turkey, then he'll slide in the massive bad news at HH in the same RNS.

Mark my words. This guy is not fit to be a CEO. He doesn't represent shareholders or look after their interests

I'm sure there are some out there that are manufacturing huge sanity towels. So invest in those if you want....

Please check my posting history, I'm not a pingu fan. In fact, you will see the opposite. I disagree with much of what he says and have challenged him many times.

But also answer me this?
a) Why have we not had an RNS with a proper update on HH for months?
b) Why has Silent Steve not done a single Investor Call in 12 months?
c) Why have the board not bought into the company?
d) Why did they apply to an extension at BB? (was it to delay the costs of abandonment?)
e) Where's the CPR that was promised for HH?
f) Why are the rest of the board complicit in allowing this worst CEO in the history of British business to stay in his role?
