Game over in Turkey11 Apr 2022 11:26
I've called this out many times and been proven correct.
Turkey was a ruse, AME only agreed to UKOG getting involved in the first place because they knew it was a dead play but were happy to spend someone else's money to confirm that to be the case. After all, if the play was good, then why would AME need someone else's cash?
The stuck drill bit, LOL, fishing trip, etc, all a bit of a side attraction, I'd say it was orchestrated to avoid continuance of a drill in a dead area.
Then it was "seismic", well why would any operator drill without seismic in the first place? Why indeed? Well the answer is a simple one; no amount of seismic data or processing can transform a dead play. UKOG knew this at the start, AME knew this at the start, but UKOG were quite happy to plough hard earned PI cash into the ruse. UKOG knew it was a dead play, but the lack of interviews, lack of data, limited RNS, etc, were such that they would never have to face the wrath of shareholders. If they had revealed the full unabridged set of data, then Shareholders would of course be asking why the CEO is allowed to lead the company! And in some cases, could also be used for legal purposes.
So now they are saying Seismic and then a sidetrack. Yeah, ok, enough moron PI's out there to buy another chapter of Jackanory. And just in case there isn't, then the new story is coming soon "SS in the USA".
Turkey will be confirmed as dead ~2 months after they have secured some rubbish play in the US. All the good plays will be in the big boy hands already, so don't be expecting any miracles there!
