Nobody knows for sure but BOU has no assets so I would think it unlikely that VAL want BOU or vice versa as there was a time when both were listed. Reading the VAL RNS's there is potentially a deal on the table at VAL that in thier RNS states may not be favourable so the only way I can see it playing out if BOU was part of the strategy would be
Company X wants a VAL Asset/Patent to strengthen thier business
Company X also wants to list but does not want to be aquired by VAL down to baggage perhaps?
Company X gets the asset, unfavourable deal to VAL? BOU do a deal to list with Company X but as BOU have been delisted they will need to submit the appropriate paperwork on to whatever exchange they have in mind.
BOU becomes new company which has strenthened treatments and patents by obtaining from VAL
Does this make sense? however in truth none of us knows unless we are somehow involved in the discussions....
Sao is welsh for so :)
I spoke with Tim Metcalf a few weeks back when we delisted and in response to my question about company updates he said it would be primarily through the Bould Website but they could use the RNS reach system when appropriate sao website should be our default
A good update, clear identification of a target within a specific sector that they have been working on for some time to conclude the aquisition and it sounds close, Covid-19 aside of course.
I agree there were clues in previous communications about listing on another exchange so a delist from AIM would be required that is also a positive and fingers crossed it all succeeds.
As for the lack of communication I am sure if they could have they would have.
Cash shells are risky plays so I am happy that there is life in this old dog yet!
This update has been a good start to the day
I am ever the optimist but Que Sera, Sera. In my mind I have convinced myself that my investment money had gone the moment we became suspended so whilst I wont like losing it as far as I am concerned it's gone!
Don't get me wrong I would love to get my hands on my cash again though and remain hopeful that this will come good, we could all do with a lift during the turmoil so keeping my fingers crossed.
Thanks, what will be will be!
If the reason for an RTO was to save the legwork and cost of listing on an exchange and we de-list why would they still pursue an RTO why not just go through an IPO process?
Yes I’m a Consultant (structural engineering was my specialism when I graduated many many moons ago) but I dabble in all aspects of property and land consultancy these days. Very much a boom and bust Sector to work in but keeps me young!
I agree, I am heading out on Business to MIPIM in Cannes in a couple of weeks but that event has been in jeopardy but currently it’s is still going ahead. In the grand scheme of things cancellation of business trips and holidays are insignificant really compared to some families who have lost loved ones.
What will be will be.
Antos is a shareholder and not on the Board, just like us, so he has absolutely nothing to do with how this plays out unless he is involved in RTO discussions. Whichever way BOU plays out, whether we are updated or not whether we delist or RTO is nothing to do with his credibility.
Long and short if the BoD had something they could share, they would, whether they do or don’t you and I can do nothing about it. As I mentioned before we will either lose or money, get it back or get it back with an upside but there is absolutely nothing we can do to influence the outcome.
CGH It was listing in 2020 with a meeting called first quarter from memory either way absolutely nothing we can do its all speculation until news is released one way or the other!
Haha a fair point we’ll made :-)
Less than two weeks until my Birthday so hopefully there will be something a little more than socks and pants from my missus to celebrate!

I have always been if the opinion that Coeur or another of AG’s companies was the target ever since he bought in. However nobody (outside) knows for certain and as I and many others posted early in the year there are lots of dots that can be joined up and point in the direction of AG’s companies but it is all speculation. I also did some research into Allan Syms and some of his company links again which I posted on previously and there are strong possibilities there and anything or nothing is still possible. There are almost certainly other targets that have also been considered. One thing now expected is with all the historical photon star stuff sorted and the liquidation paperwork filed on Friday we should see things move and an announcement/strategy update soon I would hope.
If an RTO route is preferred for CGH to list then obviously with AG’s shareholding in BOU we would have to be a firm RTO favourite for CGH to list through.
I have never speculated about what this could mean for BOU shareholders value but if it turns out that CGH is the company then £220million is not going to be given away to us that’s for certain and it is the future potential that interests me but that will depend on the next steps of increasing the value of their asset by undertaking further site investigation works etc as is highlighted on their website (part of my business is Geo-Environmental Site Investigations so maybe I can offer our services to them to help assist in increasing value!) or they may look to diversify into Sustainable Energy etc.
We won’t know for certain until the cat is out of the bag officially and as we cannot influence proceedings we continue keep our fingers crossed but I am taking the recent Companies House activity as a positive.
Within companies house Accounts filing for CGH there is a statement that they are seeking Flotation in 2020 onto a European exchange via IPO or RTO company value at end of 2018 £220Million
CGH EGM will be Q1 2020
That’s it Wine O’clock, see you on the other side!
Merry Christmas
Think he has a few more than that Mr Antos Glogowski Number of Ordinary Shares 1,966,244,949 According to the website if it is still current. Must be due for an update soon as its now 6 months since the SH page was updated?
I think most people are still here checking in now and then but until news there is very little to discuss unfortunately
This board has had its moments over the months but in the whole it is well behaved
Cheers that’s what I thought it’s just tidying up after the suspension making it look a little different
