George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I am with Halifax Share Dealing and I know they can sometimes take a fewdays to catch up when there are changes in companies so I will likley not be able to do anything, buy or sell or transfer etc until sometine next week by which time the initial dust will have settled no doubt. Halifax may surprise me and it will all magically click into place tomorrow but if it does not it wont be a surprise....so patience will be needed on my part
Have all been passed onwards and upwards Cizzlers
I saw an article from 2013 about Fujibio and Cizzle partnership to co develop and licence the product no idea whether it is still in place but if so and with Fujibio's worldwide reach being part of the HU Group then who knows what could happen over the next few years after listing it could be a great investment for us all.....or a damp squib but I shall keep my fingers crossd for the former
For those with Halifax I recieve my corporate actions via the post to sign and return but you have to request to be notified.
I recieved my Bould resolutions today for signing and returning which need to be recieved at Halifax on or before 7th may otherwise the votes will not be processed in time for the AGM. A yes to all from me
Note to self check spelling
100% agree we have some of our cash back again which is good news. For the past year or so we had lost the lot.
Im no expert in the sector but intently to research it but comparing to Oncimmune it seems a good opportunity if we look at Oncimmune they are trading at £2/share are our parents and potential products better or worse? Will we see £2 at open or in 5 years time? Will we never break 25p....only the Market knows and we shall find out as we move forward. Will we see dividends when we become profitable?
Another good thing is this is a Main Market listing...that has to be more comforting that the AIM game?
Welcome news for all, light at the end of the tunnel which is now much shorter
I think there a lot of Public Sector and Regulatory bodies that are a nightmare to work with under normal circumstances so not unexpected that during these unprecedented times there has been a break in the chain somewhere along the way. I have a friend who works in the Public Sector who was almost liberated by and I quote 'how refreshing it is to work for ..... working in a non-profit making environment makes for a relaxing job' I was gobsmacked as I know that the Private Sector relies on this this particular body to get stuff done, to deadlines. Unbelivable Geoff
Anyway I digress, so frustrating but I (we all) sit and wait in hope. I believe there will be a positive outcome
Boulders there will be an additional definition in the Oxford Dictionary shortly....Boulders - a large collection of rocks all displaying a particular characteristic, the patience of a saint!
Sterling efforts Neil and all to quote one of my favourite films ‘I’m just going with the flow like a twig in the jaws of a mighty stream’ so just sticking my nose in every now and then.
Let’s all be positive for a better 2021 on many fronts including seeing BOU explode from the ashes
And its Mrs Cymru's birthday....could it be a nice end to the week!
I tip my hat to you sir an amazing gesture
Who was that poster who was the most optimistic poster ever kept saying news today just about every day for months in the early BOU days .......anyway wife’s birthday on Friday so news this week please BoD otherwise Mrs Cymru will be dining on beans on toast with some Asti Spumante
I was wondering if the lack of comments was due to the events that needed to unfold in relation to the stemprinter de merger and any comments made may influence share price of TILS so was being kept under wraps.
I’m sure all will be revealed soon....just some of the the TILS presentations and interviews confirmed an IPO route for Accustem but would be great if it was a bluff and it was going to be listed via BOU
Just remember that moving forward the BoD will not be the same BoD that we currently have so I would think communications should improve
We are no longer a public company as we delisted so there is no RNS and announcements are made via RNS Reach and Bould website corporate updates. When we relist as a public company there will be regulatory RNS announcements again
apologies for the typo pacience....thats welsh for patience....
For all we know some of the parties at the table including our directors could be 'vulnerable' or may have contracted Covid and became unwell not to mention issues with wider family members that could have all impacted on progression.
Many businesses would have concentrated on keeping the business viable and safe. The changes that they needed to put in place would have taken precedent esspecially during early lockdown so any transaction may have been secondary in thier strategy. Also forgetting the business side for a moment everyone has personal circumstances that may or may not have impacted on the transaction. Close family members who became ill etc, financial worries due to loved ones losing jobs.
Pacience....we must have
i was thinking of some squirrels instead of turkey for this years Christmas dinner......maybe a nice BOU present before Christmas would help me avoid having to serve up rats with tails on the 25th Dec....
Don't think that company has been mentioned previously but I think everyone invested just wants to hear some news I think there has been so much speculation over what it could be I am all speculated out!
good to hear and fingers crossed any news that is announced in September will be significant news for all of us Boulders
