Nice little heads up for potential investors in The Times today .Sorry no link as I get paper version.

I think EMH has lost a bit of momentum so switched some funds from here and added more into ZNWD and IRR. I am also invested in BCN (say no more) and KDNC (iron ore play now I suppose) Portfolio slightly leaning towards too many mining stocks perhaps . I like to keep some funds in FTSE 100 companies for dividends but that return has eroded in the last couple of years . The interest rate on savings / bonds is abysmal . Its a difficult balance to make your money work . Currently 40% in stocks and 60% in cash , is this the general rule?

What are the implications if BCN accept the derisory offer from Ganfeng
I know some have said that Ganfeng might sell to EMH but I am not convinced .

Rising steadily up to a £1, nice to see, like it did with all the hype before VW battery day. This time we really should have news of offtakes to maintain the momentum post £1 .It would be a shame if it retraced back to the 70p's again. Lots of snippets of relevant news , thanks to everyone who post them appreciated.

The Hydrogen bomb is not hydrogen igniting its a fusion reaction , there was an item on the news today about a breakthrough on a type of fusion reactor . Once we can can sort out harnessing this we can have cheap electricity to power our lithium battery EV's. If the Sun was a burning ball of hydrogen gas it would have ended millions of years ago
There is Nuclear bomb and also Nuclear power that both use nuclear fission , one in an uncontrolled way.

Another example of PI's being shafted on AIM. I have two tranches , one in an ISA, at around the offer price and another at a higher price , thankfully not a lot of money. Putting this down at a loss , looks like the board accepted the offer with open arms.
Let them buy it and hopefully the Mexican government give them hassle.

This matrix of ownership is confusing at times . I originally thought that Ganfeng owned 50% of BCN , they do not, but they own 50% of Sonora Lithium ltd which I think is a subsidiary of BCN . The BCN website states that Ganfeng owns 17.41% of BCN.

As Ganfeng own 50% BCN I cannot see anyone counter bidding , hope I'm wrong , so they will own a fair chunk of ZNWD. I have seen this type of thing before with Chinese companies in my oil portfolio which made a fair amount of money for me to pay off my mortgage . Europe needs to get its arse into gear in my opinion and sort out the supply chains for these Gigafactories . Just my overall opinion. DYOR. Lithium is the new oil !

Seems we are in a bit of a limbo , Alex . Comments much worse on KDNC threads than here. Something is holding news back in my opinion but I won't speculate.
