Deja vu Monday 13 Dec 2021 ! Surely not another fundraising . No 4.30 pm RNS as was then, so doubt it.

Anything below 20p is worth a top up in my mind. With the BCN money in my account I did a fill or kill for 20p at the start of trading as I was away all morning . Happy it got filled at just over 19.5p.

Just checked my HL account now , the BCN money is there .

Bannor Available funds went into ZNWD I'm afraid. Still waiting for my BCN money from HL to put here though

Fozdog , did you contact HL directly ? I wanted the money today for other investments but nothing from BCN in my HL account. Missed a couple of opportunities this a.m. because of it .

I placed a fill or kill 30p order in 7a.m. . It got killed ..lol

Changed now on HL now to correct spread

Sadly decided to liquidate my entire holding here this morning after nearly 5 years at a 28% gain , thanks mainly to the corporate action at 3.16p and sp before this afternoon's drop. Better return than a 5 year bond I suppose but more frustrating !
May I wish all all the holders here a happy new year with my fingers crossed for some good news going forward from here.

A board member if they go over 10% perhaps . That would throw the cat amongst the pigeons ! Won't happen , will it , this is AIM remember.

I will be holding on to mine adding to the ones I have ,most people in both will probably do the same.
I am assuming that as I hold BCN and ZNWD in a self select share isa account that the 'free' shares in ZNWD will go straight in there.

..and the ZNWD shares are worth less than they were a few days ago !

I doubt very much if BCN holders dumping their free shares will have as big an impact as the last 24hrs .
I will also keep mine , most people in both companies will probably do the same and I would guess there are a good number of investors in both.

Let us hope that we BCN holders when ( or if) we eventually get our 'free' ZNWD shares the SP will be a tad higher than today.

When I do my research on ALL , I find it does tick most boxes as being a good investment and when you compare it with its peers it should be x3 of what it is now. But what's holding it back. I'm not negative don't get me wrong, I even topped up last week.

Is it worth me joining Primary bid to get some . Don't think so . All my shares are in an ISA . Will be massively oversubscribed in my opinion
