I don't see a big likelihood of BZT linking up or merging with AFP. BZT has enough on its hands for now and it was clearly stated that material from H&G is more than enough to fill the processing plant we are buying. There is a plan to build a bigger processing plant but not for 4 or 5 years.

Also its definitely untrue to say that AFPs resource is "directly adjacent" to BZT's - its nowhere near it -check the map.

There could be value in this new partnership, but I don't want to see this being touted as meeting the criteria for a deal for Luansobe within 5 months of that RNS.

I expect Luansobe to be properly monetised in that period, by which I mean some meaningful cash to GLR on signing. By meaningful I would say $20million +. This is the expectation that has been raised and its what I personally expect to be delivered by the Board of Directors.

I don't mind this necessarily as long as there is indeed a deal on Luansobe in short order - we've all waited long enough for that and the company has stated a timeline of 5 months - there has been an awful lot of talk about it so this now does actually need to happen and its where the focus should be imo.

so build a stream of potential new projects is fine, but lets get the existing oven ready ones sold and soon.

They are also working hard to divest the usa assets for cash rather than paper, plenty of interest in them apparently. A significant cash injection from such a transaction would significantly improve the prospects here - especially if the cash is a lot more than the current market cap!

The money is in the bigger operation though, as Colin himself has already pointed out. The processing kit for the larger operation the size of a container has already landed at Walvis Bay and then to be transported and set up in Morocco by early next year. They must be confident of all necessary permissions to go ahead and start digging thereafter but I'm not sure if that is nailed on at this point.

Hearing that there's even more reason to hope Colin gets on and does a meaningful deal.

Also by my reading the EGM needs to occur by circa 13th December being 120 days from the date of the agreement to buy the NZM plant

I thought the EGM needed 21 days notice and it would be good to see it soon either way.

Hi is there a telegram group for blencowe? I've been investing quite heavily here (for me) the last few weeks. Looks like it could have a long way to run with the big newsflow upcoming shortly. There does seem to be a clear plan to get it sale ready thereafter.

Once the due diligence is completed on the $7million financing is completed and BZT can name the other party that will be a big step forward for the company and the share price, as well as the EGM being completed for the plant purchase.

If its anywhere near these levels when those 2 are completed I will definitely be adding.

Sounds fair Prickly, and yes I really understand a level of scepticism around CBs predictions and timelines - I've been on the GLR board with Iky for quite a while and failed predictions re Luansobe timeline have been extremely frustrating, along with the failure of Bushranger to be a viable mine at anything less than $12k copper - I'm currently very underwater on XTR like a lot of people so believe me I am still extremely bothered that predictions made there didn't come to pass.

But you just have to look at every situation objectively - BZT is getting very close to getting the wheels turning on production so also credit where its due to CB - getting the Mankayan project floated a v big part of that. He also has a big shareholding in BZT so its very much in his own interest to get this done.

Respect those that are a bit too burned to consider buying here but personally I see the potential for multiples here over the next 18 months - then there's the prospect for further developing resource. Caveat emptor always as its mining in southern Africa but the upside is very significant.

Archer is doing an update on the BZT numbers in light of the last few RNSs - will be interesting to see what comes out.

He's obviously paid to do analysis for companies and publish articles.

Personally I was less than impressed with the hatchet job he did on Empire Metals last year (he's paid to analyse/promote a rival Sovereign Metals). We EEE went from 6p after the disinformation to a high of 80p - now somewhat in the doldrums mid 30ps. In that case tho it enabled me to load up at 6p and sold out most in 60s and 70s, as I was pretty sure his analysis was flawed and negatively motivated.

With BZT I have been through his numbers to date and it is difficult to argue with him, as a shareholder I'm going to be biased I suppose.

But i am interested to see if anyone has genuine criticisms of his analysis of the BZT projects?

and what are the downsides for BZT right now? some people really don't like Colin Bird - fair enough if you've lost money before but irrelevant here I feel.

Maybe the financing package is a fantasy as no names have been mentioned? Once again v unlikely imho. The purchase of the processing plant has occurred as has the monetisation of Blackstone shares.

Great to get this confirmation of the financing, the only way is up now, be that quickly or more slowly. some warrant holders will be taking their profits here, personally I'm holding mine for a good while at least

Excellent for shareholders to get this detailed report - need to have a good look at it but the economics appear very strong, everything falling into place here

Personally I have been adding back in here recently. I'm sure the out of date website will be forgotten if CB can get a deal over the line in the next few weeks - this is the first time he has put a target date in an RNS I believe, which gives a level of confidence.

Colin does do quite a few interviews (eg yesterday) and I'd much rather he did them than Alistair Ford.

Agreed, if it takes a month longer to get the financing done and on better terms then so be it and no problem, especially if it gives the chance to add at lower prices
