Strictly,
I think TM has said the deal she put to parliament was in her opinion a good deal. Today in parliament she said that she will deliver Brexit. So presuming the vote of no confidence fails which I think is what is expected it might be that TM keeps hammering away at everybody to try and get her deal through, possibly using the deadline as leverage on both MP's and the EU to get her deal or even better (in her opinion) approved by parliament.
In regard to how bills can be brought to parlaiment and what can be done to stop TM I read something yesterday https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-46856149 which might be relevant.
"Three senior Conservative backbenchers - Nick Boles, Sir Oliver Letwin and Nicky Morgan - have proposed a "European Union Withdrawal Number 2 Bill" if she fails a second time, giving ministers three weeks to get a plan B through Parliament.
If this doesn't work, they propose that the Liaison Committee - made up of the chairmen and chairwomen of all the Commons select committees - should be given "the responsibility to try and come up with its own compromise deal, which would have to go back to the House for a vote".
Downing Street has said it is "extremely concerned" about the plot, which it says could potentially overturn centuries of Parliamentary precedent."
The speaker of the house allowed amendments to a motion the other day when he admitted he wasn't sure it followed parliamentary procedure and wouldn't confirm that it would be allowed in the future. So it seems that they're making up things as they go along so who knows what direction that will take.
