And btw, my comments aren't negative, they're realistic and accurate, proof all there if you care to actually look
Eh, that was a year and a half ago and If they really wanted to buy metro, they'd have bought them. Don't kid yourself.
Lol, too cheap to ignore?, its been ignored then for about 4 years, continues to be ignored, its such an amazing gem that no one is interested in buying it, even at £100m+
Everything's always just a couple of months away then it's a non event
Until proven wrong about metro why wouldn't I be confident about the direction of the share price?
The SEC are truly hopeless, just need to look at the frauds, failures, lack of governance that's happened under their watch. Useless bunch
Yes I understand rising interest rates benefit banks, that's a very straight forward concept.
However I've said it for ages now, rising interest rates have not and will not affect the metro share price in a positive manner. The amount of times its been suggested they would on here is laughable
To clarify, of no benefit to metro share price
Confirmed yet again, another confirmed rise in interest rates of no benefit to metro, the opposite in fact. More rpy nonsense been confirmed to be just that, nonsense
Been here before with UBS as well, they've increased, decreased, then increased again. Same as Odey. They'll be back
As stated pre results, I said we'd be lucky to get to £1.05 off increased profitability, if you want a reality check on this forum, you'd do worse than to read my posts, some very noticeable absences on the forum
Nothing to see here, long term hold
Increased profitability announced in results will not significantly shift metro, be lucky to get up to about £1.05 following results.
Infact, I got that wrong, rising interest rates have shifted the metro share price, DOWN
Interest rates ain't going to shift the metro share price, forget it
If previous AGMs are anything to go by in terms of useful info, nope we won't get any clues, just a few mumbles and moans and a few votes
No need to elaborate, currenf share price does that for me
No I'm not suggesting it's a bad thing, I'm suggesting it's a non event in terms of beneficial impact on the share price.
These "good news" stories in relation to metro bank, it just makes me laugh. If the news was so good In relation to metro and these stories are positive for metro. Please can someone explain why the share price is a shambles, rather than kidding themselves on that this means a change in fortune?
Absolutely racing green, I've called that out for a long time now
