"All Directors will seek re-election at this year's AGM with the exception of Mai Fyfield, Senior Independent Director, Remuneration Committee Chair and a member of the Audit and Nomination Committee. Following a four-year tenure on the Board, Mai has decided not to seek re-election and will step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM on 7 February 2024. The appointment of a new Senior Independent Director and changes to the Board's Committees will be made and announced in due course."

Without sounding negative but you have to consider whether the “big institutions” would be buying huge amounts upon re entry to the ftse 100.

These players will already have significant investments, albeit in their ftse 250 trackers so could potentially just shift some to their dedicated 100 trackers without actually needing to purchase. Seems a better option to move funds where they’ve bought at a lower price….

Everyone saying they’re skipping the update…… both Boo and Asos advised us last year when their next financial statement would be released. Both companies made no mention of a January TU so let’s get over it and stop making out it’s a concern.
