My theory.

The market makers are deliberately holding this low to let their “friends” in. Totally manipulating the SP at our expense.

Shorters are keeping it at this range, again manipulating the SP at our expense.

This has been discussed several times on EVR board and many people have transferred from Nominee account to paper shares.

There was a timeline for it to be done (easily, during suspension) BUT it can be done. I believe you can still do it but you have to arrange it yourself with broker etc. (not as easy as it was)
