What amazes me is some people just don’t realise how bad things are and expecting a knight in shining armour to come to the rescue.

The numbers don’t stack up and as mentioned in many RNS’s it’s curtains for share holders.

No amount of class action or legal challenge waffle is going to change the situation. It will All be above board, whether we like it or not.

That’s my opinion. Good luck to all holding or even crazy enough to buy more.

Something tells me the price of TUi / TUIB was manipulated to let some “big boys” in to accumulate more RI shares at a ridiculous price .

I’ve bought my rights to bring the average down and will now wait for the SP to recover, which it should do given time.

You will only sell the rights at the prevailing rate which you can see looking up TUIB on this website. It’s dropping so you won’t get that much in ££’s

There’s always the chance that the broker doesn’t sell them, in that case you end up stuck with your original holding at a massively reduced SP.

Buying your rights averages you down and selling them will raise some ££’s but you’ll still be down.

The judge won’t be stopping anything, as much as you hope he will.

Everything will be legal, they’re not stupid enough to try this without lawyers trawling all over the policies.
