You will keep your existing holding but at whatever the SP is so probably holding at a loss. Selling the RI will recoup some of those losses but not all, buying more will reduce your average significantly.

Everything will be legal.

They’re not spending insane amounts of money on lawyers to cook the books.

There will be nothing for the UK authorities to pull up on a legality.

The fact that someone thinks differently astounds me. Lack of knowledge / research on this, especially if invested here, worries me

Whilst I appreciate its different situation the RNS releases are the same as POG we’re issuing last year.

2/3 times they reiterated shareholders would be wiped out and the majority held on in the hope of a recovery or at least a half decent return of their investment.

Turns out all were wiped out, as they had told us time and time again.

Luckily wasn’t in too heavy by that point as had sold most but still lost a few grand.

Lesson learned.

No way a lawyers taking this on a no win no fee basis, chances of a win are minimal at best. And if they did the fee involved would wipe out most people’s shareholding anyway.

Can see why it’s being pursued if it’s literally all they’ve got BUT the reality is they’re throwing more money at a dead duck !

Luckily had the funds to take up the RI. Has taken my holding % higher than I really wanted but needs must.

Plan on selling down some as soon as we see break even, which for me after RI should be around £8 ish

Hope youve got the money available to pay a law firm to do all of this.

Ultimately we are all individual investors, grouping up together doesn’t change that and there is no legal bearing of dealing with us all as one entity.

The only way to do that would be to hire a lawyer for multiples of thousands of pounds and everybody agreeing that that lawyer can represent them.

POG investors tried this and were quoted £750 each (based on the amount of people that were considering it, which was 30/40) for a lawyer to glance at it and then additional costs that were astronomical to take the case on from there.

Unless you’ve got deep pockets to risk going down that route there will be no legal challenge.
