Good point Chris, Kokomo Indiana could be chrystler or someone else, so scrub the bit about Japan and Japanese oem, so that could be SEE, though there are other car manufacturers there, but redeye comments stand, there are no exclusivity agreements with anyone, happy to be corrected
See, I got that, the implication being that xilinx are in Japan with aptiv so a major OEM in Japan might include us,
But then second bit viz VW,
By putting these two together thepost is hoping, at least posting those two things implies to me, aptiv might be with see in Japan at least and therefore possibly VW
But the comments viz FGPA below stand and the way the redeye piece is written suggests to me at least that they know VW are with smarteye, 'it may be zFAS' is it or isnt it that's a bold statement if you dont know, I dont know redeye but are they prone to bullsh@t or are they in the know?and especially the bit about discounting share price of smarteye for Audi wins suggests that they are plugging smarteye
So in short while aptiv and xilinx in Japan might imply see, aptiv and VW does not and xilinx involvement in both is likely coincidental
The post, I'm not sure what conclusions to draw, while the FGPA engineer certainly implies xilinx, zFAS Is an in house Audi fusion engine for external sensors to give a 3D picture of outside world so use of FGPA could be part of that or part of other sensor fusion, I dont think we are exclusive to xilinx its chip would be useful to anyone because of its custom is ability, and they're implying smart eye is the DMS provider...happy to be corrected
Spread betting companies like IG would go out into the market and short/buy shares legitimately, not all spread betting companies do that some just play aggregate trade internally and pay out accordingly, but that's not a real naked short or any kind of activity that involves market activity that would be recorded
Boots or superdrug, if either stock it were made, obvious play I cant understand why it's not available, Europe should be launched at next fertility show, with info about FDA approval, there is just not enough info, the app rankings are up and down with no further reviews I can see since November, not sure what to make of it tbh
I never thought of that but I cant see our own mm screwing us over, and which competitor would be doing that, looking at the share price over the year our drift down started before the RNS and the rate of fall hasn't exceeded that initial gap down, unlikely tbh, we are cheap for a hostile takeover at 14p given tech, if bod did have an approach they rejected naked shorts would be obvious not to mention illegal I believe..
The bod gave impression all was dandy then reversed it, whatever the logic it came across as hamfisted at best, lack of information shows a fairly slow drift down before shock RNS, it continues to baseline in the absence of strong positive RNS, its xmas low volume trading, aim I'm not surprised but I am unhappy it is what it is
I didnt mean him not answering as necessarily negative, hes engaged with me and given some very informative replies, but if there is no info or its negative hes not going to share it with people he doesn't know, would you?
Judging by the description and the set up in the back hes a few years behind years away, it's interesting that Guardian which is a major news channel are plugging this nonsense when there are alot of players out there doing this for years, SEE included, people dont get the need for hand on and off, and limited autonomy on the road to full autonomy which wont be cheap, $5000 for his system is laughable given what's been written about it, but it is interesting that he comes from Waymo and stole a load of tech...did he keep this for himself, interesting find Chris
'However, at one point, Levandowski took the wheel after the car failed to merge into busy traffic'
Hes got a full desktop PC in the back! This it's going nowhere, but the bit where he took the wheel above he decided because he was looking, the system didnt alert him lol
Curious this should lead to deepmind ai because I'd forgotten Google had bought them, Waymo being part of same group this is an unknown unknown and while there is little indication they are where we are or even looking at it I would be surprised if they weren't, just thinking about that as a tie up is a further reminder of ferocity of this market, although not being part of Google may actually be a plus for us given privacy concerns, you can go on all day and night driving yourself mad with this, all comes back to fundamentals, product is sound we are working with great companies, but were small and vulnerable, but we are now primarily a software AI company so scalability is no problem, in terms of trading it's that space between background work, clicking to sell or short and waiting for it to go your way it can seem like ages you panic as goes the wrong way first but it might settle once in a while you're right, no matter how many times you do that, success or otherwise aside, that feeling never goes away, that's all this is
actually I remember Google bought deepmind for 400 million, the founders are all happy bunnies because they're rich but they were bought for cheap, we will be worth much more than that, if see tech was on German wings planes it would have picked up Lubitz well in advance, it's a good product and see have got there act together, it just needs time
