What’s that, in support of the conspiracy theory? Sounds a strange question, I know, but I don’t know otherwise how to put it.

Is there something in them, of particular relevance to secretive, perhaps underhand and manipulative, behaviour?

I mean, if someone wants to make a bid, get on and make one, as per usual. Any faffing around won’t make the price any more or less acceptable, will it?

It’s true I’m not an easy buyer of conspiracy theories. They keep getting floated on here, so I would honestly like to understand how the ‘you to me game’ works in practice, and who the ‘you and me’ might be considered to be.
However it might, as a conspiracy theory work, couldn’t really be NCM, could it? Buying shares in Ggp without the knowledge of their JV partners or their own shareholders and then popping up with holdings exceeding Wyloo’s having failed to disclose in accordance with transparency rules. And making a bid.
Bit of a stink, not helping the stand-in CEO,then get turned down - even worse ( seems generally agreed on here that 50p or £1 might cut it - I don’t get involved on that )
And now I see there is mention of maybe someone else ‘holding us back’ ( completely unknown? )with all to be revealed soon.
I don’t like the low share price either, being under the placing price, which as far as I’m concerned represents price discovery at the time it occurred.

That’s a new twist on the selling shares to buy shares theory. I’d honestly like to know who’s amassed all these shares to keep selling to facilitate a bid, only to be turned down.

But I’m just one of those that thinks they’ll get to where they want to be, 3 months later, 6 months later. Like the FS. Delay better if it means getting the best out of it economically and safely. After all that’s gone into it.

We have been advised that following review, an updated ‘first ore date’ will be published with the Feasibility Study coming next year.
There may be a new/amended mining plan to be considered, consequent upon the FS and impacting the DTM.

Mxc have their huge shareholding to realise prior to Smith and Wheeler calling it a day in a very few years time. By selling the company. No secret about that

Up to them what they do, isn’t it? I think she must have the style, or she wouldn’t be there, and be at least satisfactory to Ncm significant shareholders, who I believe hold sway over the board.
Our interest is the JV - providing future earnings visibility, Telfer and all that, to Ncm and us. With a DTM of course.
As always, in the absence of inside information, I take the view if it’s sufficiently economically viable, someone will get on and mine it with, in our and Ncm case, shareholder support. With alternatives under the bits we know about the JV.

And better looking than Biswas.

And Wyloo will have a hand in his replacement, and their ability probably exceeds Mr. Day’s and Ggp’s, so a good replacement will be found, and stuff like that. With which I would agree.

I mean, if ever he went and he can do what he wants, the general attitude here might be, sorry to see him go, but the company is bigger than one man, look at the size of Havieron blah blah, and on we go.

Can’t see there’s even any reason to discuss it just because we have a JV with a company who’s CEO gone for their own best interests.

You mean can anybody guarantee he’ll be in the same job in 4 years time. Doubt it.

Wyloo owns more of Ggp than anybody else. We can conjecture about all sorts, but stepping back I take the view that Forrest and Wyloo, and the new board, coming in basically and following their enquiries on the back of Havieron, have the ability and resources to deal with worthwhile assets, regardless of Messrs Biswas and Day.

At the moment, it seemed that Mr. Day was referring to this, simply put.
“A cross-listing of shares occurs when the shares of an issuer are listed on stock exchanges in two or more countries so that shares traded on one exchange become interchangeable with the shares traded on the other exchanges.”

Matty Boy. When you refer to a ‘compliance listing only’, do you refer to a cross listing as suggested by Mr. Day, with no new shares issued as would be done with an IPO. I have so far read nothing to suggest admission of new shares consequent upon ASX listing, but I suppose it could be engineered to occur at the same time as a fund raise, if required.
I don’t know if Ggp has even started the application process.
